The inability to narrow the focus to a tight beam is a near deal killer for these Infinity flashlights. A light this powerful should be able to throw a beam several hundred yards. This thing is basically useless beyond about 100 yds. Both the 5000 and the 7000.
I would go with Fenix flashlight for that purpose. This one is good for lighting wide areas, which is the weakness of my Fenix flashlight. So I would say they complement each other.
Great video, I was able to find one today..
Thank you for the comment!
I love Felix
You mean Fenix, and yes, it's an excellent brand, and after owning a few for a decade now, even the original batteries still work.
What’s the item number? So I can check the inventory at my local Costco Warehouse.
Hi, it's 1798471, this is from Canada.
@@dadstoysnthings Aw man! I wish they have this in the United States.
@PhearaXT I can tell you that you have way better selection than down here. And I think this is available there too.
since when can you check inventory levels at local costcos? last year they said it was impossible
If you get the chance to go out to field or woods at night and do a comparison video I think it would be way better.
Agree, but I can guarantee that Fenix will have a longer throw and that the Infinity will have a better flood.
Thank you for the suggestion. Here's a short clip out in the field. Park's closed. ua-cam.com/users/shortsKoLO2UW0uAk?si=JNmFphdZm7kRuC_X

Does it have a strobe light function?
Hi, no, it doesn't have strobe function.
Mine won't stop strobing and shutting off
@lenBrill1971 It's got a protected mode, once set, it will only turn on for a few seconds then shuts off. It's in the video.
