    brother...... the time goes down because the inverter draws power when it's on, even with nothing plugged in. I believe it draws about 25 watts just idling, which is why the estimated time goes down.

      Thank you for the comment, and yes, this is the only model that does that, I have 3 other power stations, including the Ecoflow River Pro I bought two years ago. Yes, leaving the AC draws power but not as much as the River 2 Pro. The first one I bought drops to 50 hours runtime when AC is turned on, without any load. This one drops anywhere from 49 to 79. Even Ecoflow support said that should not be the case and offered to replace it. But since this is the 2nd time this happened, I no longer trust the model.

      I have not tried it myself, but the EL-5 can be set up as a receiver. If you have a compatible transmitter on the camera, it should work. The EL-5 is not directly compatible with the R5 though.

    The Canon EL-1 has ATG's features that many pros need and use. Now, many pros are upset that they must buy an adapter. The Canon EL-5, EL-10, 580EX and below are made for beginners & amateurs. Having no ATG's features like ATG's Godox flashes

      As a hobbyist, the EL-5 meets and even exceeds all my needs, but I understand those who accumulated the 5 pin flash, having spent a lot of money on them. Canon could have made it a hybrid, but it's business. They need to push consumers on the new platform to make new sales.

    I bought this bag (31L) when it was announced on Kick Starter because I liked the looks and also fell for the influencer photographers at that time. In my opinion and experience, this is the most impractical camera bag I have owned. This reviewer lists pretty much all the negatives and I agree with him. My inconveniences where the waste of spaces inside the cube, the side access design, the front zipper pocket (is only good to carry flat item) and many more. So I took the camera cube out and use it as a carry-in travel bag and it is absolutely wonderful. I have done multiple 2 week overseas trips using this bag. So a great travel bag, YES. A great EDC camera bag, No.

    • @dadstoysnthings
      @dadstoysnthings Місяць тому

      I ended up cutting the cover off the camera cube and replaced all the inner dividers with thinner ones. Also, I used velcro, so the cube is flushed in the bag. Even at that, the side access is still an issue for me. It's a very impractical design.

    If you still have it, take it apart and check out that black box on the inside. If you look at the circuit board, you _might_ notice that there are two 470uf 16v capacitors which may be blown. Even if not, there's a good chance that you can probably fix this by swapping those capacitors out. I've thrown away like 2-3 of these before I realized that was the issue. When some of my remaining purifiers inevitably started going bad, I looked up the solution and found some tutorials that demonstrated exactly how to fix those caps. Hope this helps you or someone else who finds this vid.

    • @patricknelson
      @patricknelson Місяць тому

      @@dadstoysnthings that’s good! There may be folks out there like me who got several of them at around the same time. I ended up sort of invested in it since I also stock up on their filters (just get the off brand on amazon). As a result, I will have 1 break out of the (now) 5 purifiers which all use the same filter, lol. So, for me it’s valuable knowledge now to know how to fix them! I’m a nerd, so I may someday decide to make the smart functionality local-only (e.g. via home assistant or HomeKit) since I’m sure maybe Levoit could go under or just no longer support the purifiers. I’m sure folks will appreciate that since it’s a bad habit of companies these days to add features like these but not really support them properly and tell consumers to “buy another one” (typical and greedy).

    Thank you for the video. Do you think it would be possible to fit three passports in the Vibe 100 RFID blocking pocket and close it with velcro? I can't estimate how big this pocket is.

      You're welcome! And to your question, you can fit 3 passports in the Vibe 100's RFID pouch and still close the velcro, assuming you don't have a lot of stuff in the outer compartment. But I had no problem fitting 4 passports in the RFID compartment for the Eco, even with all the other things I had there, as shown in the video.

      @game2572 One thing about technology, they're never a good investment unless one is making a living out of it. I guess I accepted that a long time ago when I got hooked with DSLRs as a hobby.

      Thanks for watching! So far, none of the cheaper ones have leaked yet. To add to that, however, the wife is complaining it takes forever for the Dometic to fill a cup vs. the cheaper ones.

      Hey, thanks for watching and for the comment. It is my goto wagon. The bottom storage is so useful for the long items, especially my 10x10 shelter. And added height really saves my back.

    I can see where this product could have favorable applications but I can also imagine its limitations. It would be worth purchasing and using along with my larger more powerful washer. Good video.

      Thanks for watching and the comment! I can say that from experience, this Dewalt has the same power as the now dead Simoniz electric power washer. And to your point, some applications may require a more powerful tool.

    That’s a speaker on top not a microphone. The two microphones are on the front under the lens.
