@ it states in our constitution that slavery is banned unless charged with a crime so technically not really, especially when the US has the highest incarceration rate in the entire world and the biggest prison industrial complex in the entire world is essentially a slave system

I have only one issue with Victoria 3. Everytime my country become ritcher than rest of the world very quickly. Everytime I have monopol on production of everything very quckly. Everytime produckts in my country are the most expensive ones. Everytime my people are the richest of the richest, and also the biggest screamers for revolution.
Unlikely. Studies done on this show that countries with less taxes and "more capitalism" became richer in the aggregate. Sounds like the game does economics wrong.

There is a mod called "Free Market Construction" that turns construction into a service that can be purchased on demand, imported, and exported. It needs some tweaking and balancing, but I feel it's an excellent concept that Paradox should incorporate.

You should use more effects to make a video less boring and have more views. Maybe try to flip the screen upside down from time to time, or invert the colours... For example at 2:46 the map is not moving for like 2 seconds - this looks completely amateurish. I believe you can still use WSAD to move around the map while navigating the panel and if not, you should at least put some meme gif cover the still map view...

Shouldn't have not banned slavery because to keeping it historically accurate.
May of been able to boost standard of living up more by building a single railway, as transport cost a large amount of their income and is a local good, and it would of eliminated the market access penalty. There is a cap on how much immigration you can get too, so you could of likely managed to get quite a bit-the main issue would of been maintaining the trade routes to import the demanded goods, which would of required either joining a market or expanding the port.
Historically you should have events like Bahrain tribe wars and formation of Quatar...its really intresting period the victorian era for that region,same goes for Bahrain, Paradox and modders should show some interest and not neglect those regions because from gaming aspect you have like events non stop.
