I tried an AT in the music store. You dont even have to be a AT fan to love the Guitars. The guitar plays amazing, neck feels good, it looks cool and the sound is just amazing, from warm sounding like Eric Jonhon to the typical twangy Strat sound. Its literally like a modern Strat.
It's so nice to see Andy getting some attention recently. For his genre, he is my favorite guitar player and his tone is always on point! And what a nice guy! Wishing him success, health and happiness!!
Andy is just the coolest guy. I first discovered him through That Pedal Show and was blown away; then I went back to listen to his music. Just such a cool and humble dude!!
the story of most guitarists. andy is amazing person and guitar legend! i can relate to his words when you search for the one thing that feels like home. thank you andy for your music and for who you are! the most humble and amazing person between the legends!
When I first heard of Andy, I wanted to play like him. With the more I see of his interviews, the more I want to just be as genuine as he is. Seems like such a nice and well liked guy.
He's got so many signature products that all sound incredible, which is a testament to his integrity... but no matter how many I buy, I'll never get THAT sound!! Best tone in the game, bar none IMO.
Imagine how it would be to have Andy Timmons as not just your guitar teacher but your actual dad. Instead of "Hey Dad, can I borrow the keys to the car?" it would be "Hey Dad, can I borrow your pedalboard and guitar?" XD :P Andy Timmons - from firsthand experience over beers after a show in Hong Kong, Andy is on the very short list of epically talented guitarists/musicians that are equally epically wonderful hunan beings. At the top of that list for me is Joe Satriani who I also have had the privilege to hang out with in my NYC pool hall for a few hours.
Idk how many people are here because you're looking to buy a new guitar and have money to kinda make it a nice one. Andy timmons you sold me! I love your music and style!
You don't have to be an AT fan to get his guitar, that guitar sounds great, personally I really like Andy's guitar, for me it's the Ibanez with the best tone and versatility.
Sweetwater sent me three bad guitars in one order. I'm not feeling great about Sweetwater right now. These were Fender Aerodynes. The fret ends more resembled steak knives. I know this is because Fender doesn't finish its necks, but Sweetwater should send them back to Fender and tell them they cannot sell guitars in that condition. Both Sweetwater and Fender are not willing to talk about their failures. They both wish to send me more guitars, but how could I trust either would send properly finished instruments? They I am doing 3 more returns. I have this feeling they think I am being unreasonable about sharp fret ends because so many people just take these unfinished guitars to a luthier and pay them to complete the instrument. No QC at Fender and I don't know what Sweetwater is doing. Giving the 55 point inspectors special gloves for the Fenders I suppose. At least Andy is very cool and giving great advise. I came to heard Andy.
Two things: - The horns aren’t anywhere near as pronounced on this as Andy’s actual Ibanez, making this one look inferior IMHO - No lefty model _Bad times._
Well those AT10, AT100, ATZ100 are Andy's actual Ibanez. It depends on *which one* are you referring to. If you want those pointy horns definitely checks the AT100 out. Although there's no lefty. I guess because Andy does not play leftly guitars and he wants his signature to be exactly like what he plays.
I am an Andy Timmons Fan. But, his kind of has me irritated... Simply because of the fact that Andy clearly uses a humbucker in the bridge position in any other footage you see him playing in, and not a single coil. This is not an Andy Timmons model IMO.
Optimized playability + maximum tone = the Ibanez Andy Timmons Signature ATZ100! Shop it today at Sweetwater 👉 imp.i114863.net/Zd7D6R

It's the guitar that Fender doesn't want to build. 🤦

he just released a delay with Keeley and people are going mad for it
Love listening to Andy talk....
Andy is just the coolest guy. I first discovered him through That Pedal Show and was blown away; then I went back to listen to his music. Just such a cool and humble dude!!
I can literally hear Andy talk or play his guitar all day long! This guy deserves more attention from the guitar community.
"There is no such thing as the Perfect Tone... but Andy Timmons has it!"
AMEN
After listening to this dude I always leave with a pocket full of inspiration. Until next time, thanks Andy.
What a sweet heart Andy is; man oh man, a great player and a kind heart. Thanks for the upload.
Andy is one of my guitar hero’s. Need a rig rundown.

He's the 'REAL DEAL'!
When I first heard of Andy, I wanted to play like him. With the more I see of his interviews, the more I want to just be as genuine as he is. Seems like such a nice and well liked guy.
You can just tell he's a nice guy, and that comes through his playing.
One word to describe Mister Andy Timmons. Effortless. 🔥🌟
He's got so many signature products that all sound incredible, which is a testament to his integrity... but no matter how many I buy, I'll never get THAT sound!! Best tone in the game, bar none IMO.
"I was just lucky to have a guitar, anything with 6-string please" Sir, you have just earned the humble award.
Andy us an awsome and talented man. Even nicer in person. He is the real deal 👍
Andy is the King of Tone
we will never got exactly what we want, thats part of the magic too.
You got the tone my friend for clean and dirty just on point.
What is the value of capacitor and resistor of Andy's treble bleed?
Andy is wonderful! Great guy and great player.
Are those bridge or neck model cruisers? Also are the pots 250k or 500k?
Is there a video with Andy explaining how he setup his guitars? Strong height etc?
I cannot find a single video (except for one that's in German" talking or demoing the new ATZ10P. Hope to see something about it soon.
I worked a Danger , Danger show in Columbia,S.C. Mid to late 80s . Don’t remember the actual date 🤷🏻♂️. It was a good show! 3 maybe 4 bands .

wow
What human being! Reference of quality sound
4 point trem?
👍👍👍👍
Not sure I understand. It's simply Ibanez's version of a Stratocaster.. Why not just play a Fender Stratocaster?
I always thaought andy was british hhaha
Andy's music is the closest to Pat Metheny very lyrical
And Pat Metheny uses Ibanez.
Sounds just like a strat..
Im happy with my Harley Benton;-)
Which one? :)
No you’re not
Good for you :)
My bench mark tone is trying to get andys tone... I'm not even close lol I sound like a pile of dog shit compared to him. Sweet axe though
And for the left guys? 🤨
I just noticed he speaks very similar to Donald Trump😮😂😂

_Bad times._
As far as the horns go there's another model called the AT100CL with the sharper RG body shape
The model is an AZ now not an RT
Man, that’s a _beautiful_ guitar! Thanks for info

I wonder why Fender did not sue Ibanez. The shape and style is substantially the same! It's a STRAT!
First?
Second?
