That intro was absolute gold. And electric gypsy is like an absolute masterclass on how to make an instrumental song not sound like an instrumental song. That melody he plays with harmonics is like the perfect example of literally singing with a guitar. Something people say all the time but here it actually is.
Listening to Andy is always a source of pleasure. Thank you.
He makes it sound like a steel guitar one minute then takes it to a whole new sonic space. A true master
Man, it's outside and you only hear Andy's guitar, almost no talking, awesome!
It reminds me of Jeff Beck. But then suddenly, it sounds like steel guitar. Brilliant! I love this guys' dynamics. Versatile. Jeff Beck, Eric Johnson.....the influences are far and wide.
The intro was just beautiful. Great performance all around -- what a player Andy is,.....
Andy Timmons is such an underated guitar hero 🎸
naaah Andy is considered a living legend! all in the guitar world respect him!
By who?
underated ? kkkkkk stupid guy kk
Not at all underrated. Well known in the scene. Rock/guitar music is just no longer anyones music.
Comments about people being underrated are so overrated, boring and evidence of low intelligence 😂
Natasha, thank you for these awesome recordings. For those of us not in USA It’s a close as we can get to seeing these guys…
Glad you're enjoying them
@@1AnitrasDance You’re the best thing on UA-cam! Thanks
No Lie! You are everywhere and it's all high quality and HD. Great, steady camera work. Right zoom for the context. Thank You from me and Best Regards and Best Wishes!!
Any chance to see this brilliant video in 4k?🙏
This man is out of this world. The most expessive and virtuoso at the same time outhere.
I love you Andy!!!!
from Korea
Thanks for filming these performances and getting such a great sound!
You're welcome. Glad you're enjoying them
Andy is a brilliant player...
Andy is awesome as always. 👍👍👍
One of the true signs of catching a real gtr player is when you wanna leave a show early just to get home and practice.
I think that happens because the way they play just connects a lot of dots for you in a way that you find accessible. Good shit.
This is THE Best Version Ever of This Classic Beauty of a Song! So Sweet! Thank You' Andy Timmons'🎸 and 'Anitras Dance' Super 'DetailAware' Videogragphy!🎥
Thanks for the beautiful video cover 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 It's like standing in front of Andy and watching him play 👍🏻👍🏻
That intro took me to another dimension

Truly enjoy your band, totally chill after listening to it.
Thanks for sharing, Andy's tune cleanse our bitter soul...
Talk about mastery of your instrument…. Unreal
Andy! You beast. So, good.
Great stuff, just amazing to see these monster musicians ripping it while being so laid back and relaxed.
Oh man, this guy is a magician.
magical intro
Classic AT 👍👍 A pro through and through.
God speed Mr Timmons. Your music is just out of this world....🎵🎶
The Master of everything electric guitar..
Andy is a brilliant player and a really great guy
A rare blend of virtuosity and the ability to compose beautiful interesting music.
Natasha, you are a treasure. Thank you for documenting this. ❤️🙏👍
You're welcome. It was my pleasure
Fantastic 6 stringer!!! Masterful for sure!
Que timbre! Que tocabilidade kkkkkk o cara é um Gênio!
Unreal.
that tone
Wundervoll❤
Hendrix all the way! Absolutely killer!
Andy at his best!!!!!!!!!!
Drums sound absolutely phenomenal!
Of course Andy is Andy 🤷🏻♂️, never a bad performance, hell never a bad note
So crazy
Kereeeennnnn🎉
the World has pressed "PAUSE", let's listen to Andy
sick....as usual
Recently discovered Andy through a TPS vid. Think he outplays - in terms of Harmony and Melody - even Jeff, Eric and JoeBo. Also more than great, but Jeez: what an Andy fan Ive become.
Wow
Andy's songwriting is over the top, but he's an underated player.😔I don't know why.😔
Andy is a top 5 all time. Best instrumentalist ever…. I would love to see his fx for the intro
Outstanding performance!! excellent filming job. totally pro
Thank you
Did Andy also play in the band Danger Danger once upon a time?
Yes!!!
hands down my favorite guitarist,..next to George Lynch,of course, this guy is the inspiration for my guitar instrumentals I make on my channel (drew finisher 11) ,.. dudes on another level 🎸🎶
Absolutely outstanding. I rarely see him use a guitar that’s not his original Ibanez prototype. Looks like he’s using a newer version of his signature guitar. That horn of the pickguard is also not broken off which shows it’s a newer guitar (maybe he got a new one finally but same version basically)
seems it's Ibanez ATZ100 (his new signature) but with pickup mod ?
anyone know what pedal effects he used for the intro?
Is this the new Atz10p? Not seems in matte finish
Yeah man....there's a lot of gtr players out there .. and this dude ain't faking it.
Does this intro not have a song name?!! Can’t find it anywhere
what pedals does he use for the intro
What is the title of the first song?
How Andy gets this absolutely incredible tone using Duncan Hot Rails, even split, is a mystery to me.
Dimarzio Cruisers. They’re not split, just low output humbuckers voiced to sound like single coils.
It's not exact but it sure reminds me of early 90's Eric Johnson, the intro at least. Andy's tone is a little "dirtier" on the rest of the song. It's like he's set up to just jump in and out of that EJ sound when he wants it, but the main rhythm, the chords are a bit meatier than EJ's material.
Those red knucles are from boxing
Is that a new model?
More Beck or Buchanan than Hendrix on the intro. 2nd part more melodic like EJ.
He's good....although I was just listening to his song, "slipped here the big one" :P
he look like david gilmour
Its so sad no one knows this guy when I talk music with friends. They have since been converted to actual musical enthusiasts
Lmao why do all these videos have the same comment that the musicians are being underrated. Who is under rating them is my question. The ppl? Other musicians?? God?? I have never heard anybody say "oh that that timmons guy is to be rated lower" lol 😆 😅
At the beginning of Electric Gypsy, Andy has all this positive energy but the bassist seems disinterested and so emotionless…weird
Definitely not the L A. Guns version.
