Question: Could you just use little Ziploc bags for the individual parts? Each bag had an oxygen absorber AND you had one in the mylar bag. Saves you some cutting and shrinkwrapping.
Absolutely, I have done exactly that in many many many of my videos. I thought I would try something different this time. I had fun and it worked great.!
Looks delicious! Can I ask where you got those trays that you did the mustard in? I have a large freeze dryer and am trying to find some like that, that will work. Thank you for all you do!
Great idea for freeze dried sandwiches, John! Did you use polyolefin shrink wrap that doesn't contain phthalates? That is the best food safe shrink wrap. I can provide a link about using shrink wrap for food if it is allowed on your channel.
Thanks, yes I did use the POF shrink wrap. Though not mentioned by name in the video I did let viewers know that they need to use the food grade shrink wrap. I have the bags listed in my Amazon store
I spy a carpenters pencil. Just has me curious about your work, i know not only carpenters use those pencils but thinking a trade in service or construction. I was an electrician and i used them😂
John. I can’t seem to get to your Amazon Store. Their customer service said you are not available and she couldn’t find your information. I want to order some things from you. Thank you

Great idea!! Wish those crackers weren’t so expensive though 😕
Thanks, They used to be very cheap. I think it would now be cheaper to fly to Alaska buy a case and fly back LOL
Where did you get that rack on top of meat.?

Just wondering why you didn't reconstitute the tomatoes?
Can you give a link to those paper discs you used to protect the tomatoes?
Does anyone know where that divider grate came from?
