I plan on trying these for summer-season, saltwater feeder chinook salmon in the 7 to 25-pound range, trolled behind a rotating flasher, either traditional "paddle" type, like the classic Hot Spot, or behind the newer, triangle-shaped type like the Agitator or Shortbus flashers.
It works pretty good! Give it a slow retrieve where the fish are, and they'll chase it. The other thing you can do is flip and pitch it around an area say a dock. If you get it around 8-12" away from a bass, they jump right on it but if you get too close, you'll scare them away.
This is a old video always like how they make these videos and never catch a fish, I just wanted to say that I have more luck with the cheaper brand which looks more like a minnow in a high pressured place, caught nothing with this lure switched to the cheaper brand and pulled bass and trout out left and right, presentation is everything and these need a more realistic tail.
I have used these baits a lot and swear by them. I fish pro out west and these are my go to bait. you are not going to get a lot of fish but you will get the bigger bites don't give up on them
These lures are incredible!! Caught my first fish with one, 15 inch largemouth
thats an awesome first
This works great! Caught some nice 5lb large mouths using the 4inch over the spring. And Big great lakes king during the fall!
We been using the small ones from storm an have caught everything from crappie to bass they are awesome
A great Swimbait for Stripers. I've caught a few using 4" Shiner Chartreuse Silver

I have caught lots of walleye on these guys. Wiper, too. Fish them really slow.
can these be used for saltwater fishing
Hey everyone. What's the best way to get the most action. Tie directly to the line or use a swivel??
Does this work in the winter
What kind of knot did you use? It seems everytime I tie one of these on, the retrieval makes the lure swim on it's side.
Matt Bala supposed to mimic a wounded fish it's supposed to wobble on its side
Ok, thank you for the response!
what kind of reel is that?
Looks like a Shimano Calcutta.
can you use it for pier fishing

Terribly cheap glue to keep the eyes on.. they fall off too easily.. and hooks are cheap.. lose lots of fish after hook sets but fish do go after them
