I learned how to make these in 1982 in the 6th grade I took homeEc and we made these one day. But I still don't consider it an omelet unless it at least has some cheese in it.

People have a genuine fear of sugar nowadays. It's so bizarre. Most people don't know how to cook so they don't know what is or isn't a lot sugar. 1 tbsp of sugar as a stabilizer in a fluffed up dish isn't a lot. Pretty much everything you eat has more sugar than that just naturally These comments are overall just bizarre. Bunch of people basically exposing themselves.
