Poached eggs are meant to have a soft runny center! You messed them up BAD
Those are the most beautiful poached eggs I've ever seen. I will use this method from now on! Thank you!
Simple and nutritious, try it

I use a small single egg frypan, half filled with barely simmering water, to do the same thing. I found as long as the egg is at least 3/4 covered in water it will poach fine. Just gently scoop some water over the egg to set the top. If you do 2 smaller eggs , put in less water so it doesn't over flow. Saves dirtying a larger pan for just one, or two, eggs.

When my mom poached eggs, she did not use hot water on top of the stove in a frying pan. She would put milk in the pan, and 1 or 2 teaspoons of margarine. She would bring it to a boil, then turn the heat down so it is not boiling as rapidly, then add the raw eggs, and let them poach, covered in the milk. As they were cooking, she made toast, lightly buttered, and put it in the middle of the dinner plate. She would serve 2 of the poached eggs over the whole piece of buttered toast. Then she would ladle warm milk over the eggs and toast, just enough to cover the eggs and toast. Those are the best poached eggs I have ever eaten in my life. The milk had the most delicious taste to it, with the margarine and eggs poached together. Beats poaching eggs in water anytime!!!

@@addictedfoolgamer1970 It's very hard to clean the shell of nearly non-cooked egg, easier to just crack them directly in the water) Poached eggs have to have a liquid yolk, otherwise, author could just boil eggs in shell, if he likes them "well done".

Затем надо выключить огонь и вылить яйца по одному аккуратно.Если хотите с жидким желтком,можно не накрывать.Если хотите желток гуще,то накройте и ждите немного.Достаньте ,полейте соевый соус,порежьте лука и влить воды,в которой варились яйца(?🤮🙄)Не знаю,зачем вода от варки яиц,это кажется странным,я никогда не ем воду от варки яиц.

It really does depend on how fresh the eggs are. I like to break them into a tea strainer, which takes away the stringy liquid part of the white, before tipping the egg into water.

@@lex2233 нихера в пакете не удобно варить , самый простой рецепт на 5 л воды 100 мл уксуса и высота воды желательно 10 + см в кипящую воду разбиваете яйца и все , никаких ухищрений не нужно . то что в видео вообще не яйцо пашот по конечному результату, да и выглядит как вареная яичница ... а белок должен равномерно распределятся вокруг желтка .

Learned something similar from my mother- pour egg into a boiling stew of onions and spices and wait till the eggs are cooked through. Tastes wonderful as all the juices seep into the egg!!
