i just noticed that in season 1 monica wants twins and chandler proposes that they get married at 40, and in season 10 they're married and have twins.
It's almost like someone wrote it that way :P
Irony aside, yeah, it's full circle and a nice touch.
@@Korkzor The writers didn't actually plan for them to stay together, they were only supposed to hook up for a few episodes. So this is actually pretty amusing to watch.

@@svscared he thought he was saying something nice and comforting but it had the opposite effect on Monica. So this parachute is a knapsack, imagine jumping out of a plane and you think you had put on a parachute and then turns out it was just a regular old backpack. Chandlers intent to say something sweet and comforting backfired, that intent is like thinking your wearing a parachute, Monicas actual reaction is like realizing that you have no parachute and now your falling to your death. Does that make sense?

Always loved that scene. When Ross stares next to the wall it’s such a great moment every time. Schwimmer is a damn good actor.
Ross sure had an easier time getting everyone ready to go here than he did about a year and a half later in The One Where No One's Ready.

One of my favourite moments in the entire series is the moment Chandler walks back into the room after trying to convince Erika to choose them, and he looks at Monica and says “you still want that baby?”
It took nine years to get there, but he stayed true to his word.
No matter how good the rest of the seasons are .. the 1st season is something else 😍😍

it still makes me cry when i think about how chandler overcomed his fear of relationships and how happy he is with monica. And how monica is so sure about how he love him. Never thought they'd be married and have twins at the end of the show.
Chandler at this point is still terrified at the idea of commitment but he doesn’t hesitate for ONE second to suggest that he one day MARRY AND HAVE KIDS WITH MONICA. Soulmates from day 1.
