Excellent instructor my Sensei Arden Cowherd passed last year he started his Do Jo in 1961 he spent half of every class on warm up and falls without fail in
i like the 1 arm pivot breakfall.... Im still practicing regular backfalls, sidefalls, and rolling front falls. it doesnt hurt anymore so i think im getting better. thanks for the masterful techniques.
Djallel Eddine Gherissi these are only intended for high grades. Regardless, these breakfalls are no more dangerous than basic gymnastics (of which many high level gymnasts are extremely young) and no more dangerous than actual judo, especially considering throws such as tomoe nage

Similar to aikido great tutorial sensei osu
Thx ofr this video. I don't get the point of rolling breakfalls however
Well, the most common use in judo is for techniques such as Tomoe Nage!
@@SampsonJudo ok...I start to understand.
Such techniques may also be useful against uchimata , am I wrong in thinking so ?
cool!!
This is a Dexterity movement not Agility at all. Be careful the bone snaps out of socket if done improper or unproper.
will these work on the road?
Please don't try.
