This is so true. I know a woman who started shining so bright in her late 30s...She was not so beautiful before she became more loving and compassionate. i did not know untill after gone through awakening, a year or 2 yrs later i get to see a friend who noticed and asked what is this joy and shine in your eyes about? what's different?. I didnt have any answer to give her at the time.
I remember realizing bitter people when I was a child.
As a teenager, I told myself I never wanted to be bitter,no matter what happened to me in life.
I understood at a young age that it robs people of their full life and I never want to resent or regret being here.

I relate to this sooo much. Sometimes I feel like a shapeshifter because my face can literally look different every other day. I was told by someone that your emotions are stored in your face also, so that might explain a lot.
I suffered with very bad acne since I was 12. After with deep acne scars which completely ruined my skin. In fact, I am 30 now and still struggling with scars and other skin issues I caused myself through many different products I used over the years.This whole experience took away my best years.Perhaps, I did this to myself. However, this experience completely shifted my life. I became very spiritual, very into natural stuff like eating plant based diet (veganism), using natural products etc. Maybe its a positive thing. But negative and the worst thing is that I dont feel enough now, I am afraid of connecting to other people, I feel empty inside, I feel no love for myself or others, or anything, I feel lonely and I am single and perhaps this will be forever even though I am craving for relationship. After struggling my whole life I am left with deep emotional wounds, I am very insecure and I dont know how to fix that. I am aware that my thoughts, feelings, actions are creating the reality I am in right now. I dont know how to change that because I suffered too much. I guess I have no other option just acceptance of my reality and realisation that I am the only one who caused all this experience to myself, its my low vibrational frequency...I need to raise my vibration...Maybe after another 10000 reincarnations I will manage to raise my vibration a bit. Until then the existence will be a suffering to me. I would love to go to sleep and never wake up again in this reality.
Lady don't assume everything is your own fault, Mr. Wilhelm didn't address how shallow societies are, if people can't see beyond the scars or their own superficial expectations then it's nothing more than like attracts unlike.

I had very similar issues , I began many years ago healing myself unaware through reading . Psalms and proverbs was first , spiritual readings lead me to esoteric studies . Wisdom became my friend . Focus your attention to truth and it becomes you . The sisters of JoY , Charity , Harmony and the rest come. I also have a esthetician and have got to many facials , peels , treatments you can imagine and my scars are still visible. They generate from bitterness . That's what causes it . Healing indeed from the inside out . Let they food by thy medicine . Reading absolutely too :)

The spiritual society is very toxic. They will blame a child for being abused and even raped. "it's karma from past life" they'll say. Take this stuff with a grain of salt. You've done nothing to desreve anything. Illnesses have medical bases too. Not everything fits into karma. People have free will and they can choose to be evil to innocent people for no reason. And you can seek aesthetic treatment for your condition. Don't see it as a sign of spiritual damage. It's not

Once again in your marvellous teachings you mention "Forgiveness" - Have great difficulty in Defining it and therefore having a suitable Response given especially "Soul Contracts" that involve Acts that create a need for "forgiving" . And especially the LACK of asking for RESTITUTION!!! One can 'understand' the reasons behind a harmful act, even the 'purpose' as a Soul Lesson' but that does not excuse it or negate recompense! If someone steals something of esitimble value does that not imply that person should either return it or pay compensation. Forgiveness alone is not enough.

Also, nearly All People in the World, do not realize that if never you Never Trim your hair and beard, they will Stop Growing at their Optimum Length that they were meant to be at.
My hair stays a little longer than shoulder length. And my beard naturally splits, and tapers down into six naturally grown locks, to about 8 inches below my chin.
I had very short hair ("1-2") at the beginning of the Covid pandemic; and stopped trimming anything, even my ears, since then.

I’m confused. Does this mean pretty ppl have a higher vibrational energy?
According the books he is mentioning (those by the prophetess Gabriele) being pretty, sexy, handsome does not have anything to do with that. He is talking about the inner beauty, beauty of the soul as a divine being which we humans can rediscover by maintaining a life according the divine instructions given in the Sermon on the Mount as mentioned at 6:55

Good point. Maybe he was trying to reinforce that even though someone can be drop dead gorgeous the bad habits and evil behaviour will always give off bad vibes and somehow imprint in the body in a subtle but perceivable way then beauty becomes artificial and hollow. The same principle could apply on the opposite way to someone less physically attractive but with a pure and kind way of conducting themselves.
Whatever you do .. it will transpire into energy to every cell of your body.
Perhaps they came into the world beautiful to learn that appearance isn't everything and instead to work on developing a personality and some substance. Or they could have just been very simple and happy souls in the past and that carried over. Either way you'd be a lot better off interpreting someone by how you feel around them vs their appearance. Because appearance alone is not going to determine the kind of person (or how high vibe) they are.
As an African, I find it difficult to understand these teachings. I can sense the yearning of my soul to reconnect and experience God one on one but I always feel lost and empty. What am I not doing right?
Curious what you feel being African has to do w anything in discovery of what these teachings are pointing to? This is broader subject matter, our physical form here, coming out of pure eternal spiritual beingness. Our ethnic identity in physical life is a lesser tier in identity, (with its own lessons), than our greater Self of beingness in any form of existence. To me this simply yet profoundly speaks of the old adage
“as within- so without”…peace!
Also I might add, take heart that you feel the yearning! That is a great sign that you will find what you’re seeking, and, expect that it’s normal to feel like you don’t understand! Life is a huge mystery that we as humans do not understand…
Keep trying and you will break through. He's not blocking you, you're unintentionally blocking him. If you're doing something bad like hurting people or yourself then that can hinder you. Let go of negativity and approach him with thankfulness.
Self awareness is your super power, and dig out the weeds in your garden that is not needed. Eg. Diet, medications, thoughts, feelings, lifestyle you live. Get out more in nature, exercise, breath work
Feeling lost and empty also says something. At least you are aware of it. Now you need to figure out why. Do you live life with passion? Do you take care of yourself and your needs? Are you in connection with yourself and your feelings? Do you have a sense of purpose? Plus, it's ok to not now all the answers all time. For me the hardest and darkest periods in my life were the ones were I had the most growth.

This sound plausible in a mundane sense, but I have to disagree considering some of us whom probably are new soul's interact through no fault of our own with those whom are in league with demons/fallen wishing ill on someone through intent be it words, thoughts, and even black magik.
