Self pity-passive, anger etc aggressive. Both are of the same coin. Passive aggressive behaviour is manipulation. A way of asking for something without giving one the opportunity to say no. It is controlling, bullying or pulling the sympathy strings of another. Calm assertiveness is the way out. This comes through Love. We must do the work as mentioned in the video and put are finger on our egoic responses and let our true loving, authentic self out to see the world.

Jesus is God incarnated as a man to show us the way out of this matrix, which is by being born again into the light and ascending, which takes more than one lifetime to accomplish. He showed us what unconditional love is by dying on a cross, in addition to the tribulations He endured from birth as a human. He also taught us about the other dimensions, the dark side, and His power over evil. I believe much of what Hans says is true, but that also, Jesus is God and no one can go back to The Father but through Him. The bible is 100% true, God has shown me this unmistakably.

Yes I "know" got a big problem and issues with is and our life issues 😔 from beliefs and how I/we should be and clashes with our egos and the "fallen sinful nature" or the rebellious (Satanic) spirit that goes against good life and mixed in with other standards/Laws and others (religious/personal) beliefs or the evil or dark and negative energies that influence/history overwhelmed
Or the "truth" mixed with lies or the truth we cannot handle... Or what we say of believe to come true with the matrix "illusion" etc.
I do get mad at God/self and others because of our weaknesses or tendencies we created (and easily to pick up these energies) and made it really hard to heal or not have so badly and why we do need "Christ" but when the true light and power of love should be greater but then our minds or karmaic/fallen energies seem to build us so much to over power or change us not to accept the good love or really get us down into the negative or messed up mindset to not believe right or act right and positive on love and how we all seem to just carry on "normal" with life issues or with good/bad attitudes with this is just life or stop talking crap and negatively (or not communicating well) and only think and do positive. And the challenge or "repenting" while having these negative characteristics or a mindset that so stubborn to do so 😔. Or also set on what is even true? And and everything that has been false we been told but still only wish for the "good" things of truth being true and especially wish that I/we in the true light and spirit of love. And naturally couldn't fight against or couldn't create evil negative karma bad suffering disease or "death" or fall far from the true good divine loving God source and spark and true love of Christ/Christos/Kryst? And not as an "evil" trick/trap agenda of the false light dark forces energies of wrong mind control/blood sacrifices etc 😔 and for "powers" of "survival" what the beings needed to do to stay alive? I did believe and understood how Christ could only do that to save us/give us life but I went negative and mixed messed up on a mindset of human survival at how bad/evil I am or others are with greed and consumption etc (and the real challenge to live "good" and positive about it) or someone or animal being has to suffer and die for someone to live or you do the same as Christ... Or the "balance" of life and truth that I haven't taken well or managed well with life and made issues even if you think or "try" your best to do good or live well better than not to or even with it failing the beliefs in Christ or within yourself to be in the right Spirit of love etc and then get caught up in more lies or excuses or avoiding (but also others issues come up) and a strange "comfort" zone 😔
So wish we didn't creating these issues with ourselves and each other or passing it on to the next 😔 or I was the "weak link"... And what negative energies take over... And even in our natural genetics tendencies that want to fight (the good/bad) but also to run hide and avoid... Or giving into "sins" or weakness or strong to overcome or the real things to avoid/repent doing something evil/sinful... But is that also the issues with war and love... And the "true" love and willingness to want to do what is good and right for all of us won and not our weak or negative tendencies... Or the truth that those evil energies can and does get changed/converted/transformed/transmuted to good and not stuck with the karma or being stubborn/stagnant in evil energies.

They are available in digital format too, just go to the publishers site directly - 'Gabriele Publishing The Word'. Some of the titles are also available in Portuguese, and if that is of any help there is much more translated into Spanish.
Hans, what do you mean with 4:51 "In the book the great cosmic teaching Christ says..." specifically? What book is that and what has it to do with Holy Christ?
It's a book that was received in 1991 directly from Christ - the redeemer of all souls and humans, through His prophetess Gabriele (she's from Germany, but as a person isn't important). The full long title of the mentioned book goes: "The Great Cosmic Teachings of Jesus of Nazareth to His apostles and disciples who could understand them" and was translated in many languages, including English. There is also another important one, also with a longer title "This is My Word Alpha and Omega - Gospel of Jesus - The Christ Revelation" (not to be confused with the Bible) received in 1989 where Christ Himself explains, deepens and corrects things being said about his life and teachings as Jesus of Nazareth.

I'm confused by what appears to be a contradiction in spiritual teachings. The idea of "to heal it, we have to feel it'' seems opposed to the commonly held idea (in many videos by various teachers) that we should NOT identify with suffering, but rather view it as a detached observer would, like someone watching a character suffering in a movie, but without having to live that suffering themselves. Can anyone resolve this apparent contradiction? Thank you.
I think it's possible to do both. As a detached observer, it still gets felt, does it not? The difference is, it doesn't stick/you don't get lost in it.
I think if you try to block it out / ignore it, then it will get worse, likewise if you are too close to it it will be worse, but if you can be a detached observer it will pass quicker.
Good question John, I know exactly what you mean. To be honest I'm allergic to that spiritual view of "detached observation". That means you could sit your whole life in a cave or in a mountain alone. That's "easy", that's not life! Where's the heart in that? Did Jesus do that? No, he didn't, he went out every day and lovingly met, inspired, healed and forgave people. The greatest challenge and courage, imo, is to purely, honestly and vulnerably show yourself WITH your emotions in the face of other human beings. Emotions need to FLOW (i.e. flow out!), it's so simply obvious. I've been suffering since childhood simply because I had to hide and suppress myself and all my emotions, causing ever-growing loneliness, pain, trauma and sickness. The only thing I needed was the safety (loving, safe people) to freely EXPRESS and SHARE myself and my emotions with those loved ones. We need others, being connected, seen and heard. This is to truly live, exist. Levinas: "I become I in the gaze of the Other". If a tree falls in the forest but there is no one, does it make a sound?...
I change Descartes' expression "I think, therefore I am" to "I express myself, therefore I am" ("Je m'exprime, donc je suis").
The most beautiful, touching and true book I ever read, to me, is "Real love" by Greg Baer. For me it's the essence of true happiness. One quote from the book: "With Real Love, nothing else matters. Without it, nothing else is enough". Needless to say I cried reading it.

I've been in a Course in Miracles group for like 2 years and no... It's not for me. It's way too "mental" for me. It doesn't resonate. And I use it as an escape from other flesh and blood people.
So I should gently lay it down.

I would say detached could not work because we cannot be empathetic towards others' pain and tribulations if we cannot embrace our own pain and suffering. The need to go back and "feel" it or experience it is to acknowledge that it could be a karmic experience that we need to ask for forgiveness for and also forgive ourselves for. Amazingly, I find that yet again this principle seems to line up with Biblical perspective because the bible constantly talks about healing and repentance and sacrifice and cleansing. There should be "no blemishes" on the offerings .... we will have new "garments" ... the inner part of the temple is the Holy of Holies .... Jesus showed great compassion for others and endured our painful sins on the cross for our benefit. It is clear to me that the path back into the presence of ABBA requires much sacrifice for others. As the bible says, when one part of the Body of Christ hurts, we all hurt. We must not detach, we must be whole by embracing all.

I do not tolerate ABUSIVE PEOPLE PERIOD! They see themselves on me, and they hate it but When they do not see in THEY SEE OUTward and YOU are their challenger! The challenger comes to bring awareness and a desire to finish this race! I overcame my family and they cannot accept it! It doesn’t matter cause I KNOW I know:) and I forgive!
I never get this concept of projection. I have been so humble and accommodating all my life and have been dealing with a toxic narc ex husband for past 15 years. I have been very kind and loving always to my child and now my teenage child is turned against me by my manipulative ex and it looks like I am being punished for my kindness and compassion.
I am 100 percent sure I do not bully or abuse anyone nor have I ever in this lifetime. As much as I love all the other videos and concepts and how well they are explained, I completely get lost with the projection concept.
Are you saying my soul may have bullied my ex in some past life maybe even 1000s of years ago ?
Perhaps your life lesson is to find the lion of truth inside of you and stand up to the bullies in firm and unwavering truth. You are courageous beyond measure as our creator is always nearer to us than our own breath. Bless you and may you find and create peace in all that you experience.

Anything that apart from the Holy Bible are false beliefs. Standard understanding of the Bible is enough to save our soul, interpret the words of God, not the world 🙏🏻✝️
Being 'saved' is the first of many steps. Jesus told his disciples there were many things he wanted to tell them but they could not "bear" it at that time. There are levels of knowledge and understanding. Everyone on earth is at different levels.

Have you read all religions with an unbiased mind to one of them, to make this statement? Many people think that their religion is best. I love Hinduism and Lord Shiva (intensely) but when I come across quotes from Bible, Buddhism and Zen I usually am surprised about how much all religions are in sync with one another and says similar things. We should keep our mind open for goodness to come from all directions is my humble opinion.
@@SamuelRajKumarG exactly, this is why God must have knew that this would be the path of man, ultimately all we create is an attempt to get back to what we all long for; everlasting connection with the Father of lights. Just because you know how to do something, doesn't mean you'll do it all the time. We need to organically be ready for that true connection with our Father and you are right this is through Jesus Christ (God incarnate) and Him alone.

if we see DNA as a sender/receiver of frequency it makes sense. and when we are born we attract those karma experiences that get imprinted in our child's "emotional body" (subconsciousness) until we develop our "mental body" (about age 7 when we start "education"). because as children we express ourselves primarily through emotions.
feeling abondenment creates those traumatic experiences that later manifest fear, guilt, shame, grief, etc. in our adult's experience. these feelings are just blocked energy that cause mental and physical suffering. and the way to release or I should say integrate those blocked energies, is to feel them unconditionally when they arise. and they will arise our whole life until we integrate them.
God created children, not adults. its our task to become emotionally free like children. to learn more about this process I highly recommend "the presence process" by michael brown.
