Sound like a pilot on a plane. Ahhhhhh today's forecast will be ahhhhhh sunny. Haha. I just bought a vtx 1300r and I pick it up today. Cant wait. I've heard so many great things about them and almost all videos but one I have seen had great reviews
I’ve driven that roadway in a car but not on my bike yet. I have the 1300 VTX also in red. It’s an R too. Love those bikes . ❤ ❤❤great video. Thank you for sharing.
I'm from Eastern Iowa just bought vtx1300r really looking forward to spring thanks for the ride along . Really like the music that comes from that area like to pick with my cousin in Staunton thanks again
Loved your video and the bike 🏍 I just bought one with 5600 miles for $2500. I’m happy with it . And hope to ride in some beautiful country like that. Great video 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾!!!!
Damn bro, that bike's brand new. I've got one with about 10500. Ride safe, hope you find that scenic route too. I'd have to travel for a minute just to get to a spot like this.
Thank you rlove2bike, it looks more beautiful in person, the camera just doesn't so everything as if the naked eye would see. I like the stone wall as well. Thanks for watching and commenting, be safe.
I have an 05 vtx retro that I bought wrecked for less than 1500. No frame or fork damage! Been riding it for 5 years now, out runs a lot of harleys. Im one of the lucky ones that has one that will top out at 135.
@@lstruggy it was a lot of fun to drive , i bought a 2020 fltrx and can’t keep two bikes at a time , so I have to part with it ;-(, but no regrets because I’ve let someone else have fun with it ;-)
thanks for sharing your adventure! Im going from N J to FL on May and I m thinking about traveling along this place. no rush, just taking my time and enjoying the view.
I own a Honda VTX 1300r, it's a great bike very dependable, and those mountains are awesome, a great place to ride, I love cruising though the mountains on mine, it seems to me it's a better ride .😊 😊
I last rode in 1988, a CB750K and checking out a couple of these and wonder if it is best for me. I am making a 30 mile round trip commute these days, trying to avoid the employee bus at the PDX airport in Portland, OR
I can't recall the speed limit, there. I think it was 45 mph, didn't seem to lug to me, but it was a fun road, I always enjoy riding at Skyline Drive. Thank you for taking the time to watch and comment, be safe.
I wouldn't want to ride the parkway, that 35mph would suck, besides where I live I see all kinds of scenery like this, and save the $ 15.00 money trap!
Small world….. my friend was married to the girl who’s dad was the Blue Ridge Parkway Killer back years ago….. I have to say he was weird but to be honest it wasn’t all his fault….. my friend was a complete idiot since birth and basically drove him to it….!
Thank you for sharing this wonderful ride. Shows how the VTX 1300 tackles the twisties. Beautiful views, handsome bike👌. Ride safe 👍
You're welcome! Sorry for responding back late. Thanks for watching and ride safe.

Great place to propose! It looks very beautiful and I would love to ride that! They have a lot of stone wall built along that road.

Lovely place.
It is, I have never gotten tired of this area. Thanks for watching and ride safe.
@@gustwowheeling7337 Yes indeed. You too!
Nice video, love the scenery and trees, and curves. Not much of those in west Texas, just long straight roads - that go forever. Great sounding X.
Thank you Ronnie! I've heard about that at west Texas. Thanks for watching, ride safe, sir.

Looking to purchase my first 1300 VTX R a 2007 with 24000 miles on it.
Sounds exciting, sir. Their are plenty of nice VTX's for sale, at great prices, good luck. Thanks for watching and commenting, be safe.
I bought a 2007 VTX 1300 in Arkansas for $3800 with 10,700 miles on it. Got this in Aug 2019 and am really liking it.
Sounds like a good deal, with only that many miles it is still a puppy. Thanks for watching, take care and be safe.
@GaryLordsWayMinistry how did it go did u pull the trigger on the 1300R?
Nice ride. Thnx
I'm glad that you enjoyed the video. Sorry for responding back late. Thanks for watching and ride safe.

I love my '07 C. In the process of customizing it.
My Family is from Waynesboro love that part of the country
That's cool, I have a couple friends that live there too. Thank you for taking the time to watch and comment. Be safe, Robert.
I have a 2007 1300C and I am looking at floorboards and bars for up front. What kind are you running?
I'm running stock floorboards and handlebars. It came like that when I bought it. Thanks for watching and ride safe.
Nice!!!
Thanks for watching and commenting Steel Horseman. Be safe my friend.
You don’t have to pay to ride the Blueridge Parkway! The parkway ends in Cherokee NC!
3 years will come fast
I has one is a good bike
It sure is a good bike, Norton. Thank you for watching and ride safe.
At 35 you would never get out of second gear and might even be lugging it.

Why did Honda make big bikes without gas Gage and cruise control 😡
I like my Vtx but cruise control, a gas gauge and a 6th gear would've made this bike hard to beat.
In life you can’t win em all 🤙🏽
I wouldn't pay 15 dollars to go on a stupid road
Its good for 7 days. And i love my VTX and riding it everywhere amd anytime!
Ok
Its an awesome motorcyclists road with spectacular views. $15 bucks is a dirt cheap mental health. Your either really old or really poor. Maybe both.
....what, you couldn't have the 15 bucks ready to go when it was your turn to enter....? Lazy and inconsiderate.
