RECIPE AND INGREDIENTS:
2 zucchini.
Hi!
1 egg plant.
2 peppers.
Cherry tomatoes 200 gr.
1 carrot.
2 medium onions.
Salt.
Black pepper.
smoked peppers
Italian herbs.
olive oil
Yoghurt 150 gr.
2 cloves of garlic.
Mix well.
Bake in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 35 minutes.
Cheese 150 - 200 gr.
Bake in the oven for another 5 minutes.
Enjoy your meal!

Why not add all veggies to a big bowl and mix yogurt mixture and then put in all in the baking pan. Seems so much more efficient?

Ciao a tutti, complimenti alla Signora per la ricetta e per lo stile personale nel modo in cui cucina, con tanto amore e tanta dolcezza. Da ammirare e apprezzare. Sicuramente è una buona ricetta salutare, perché non c'è frittura. Tutto a crudo con il calore dentro il forno le cose vengono buone e profumate. Io diverse volte l'ho fatta questa ricetta a base di verdure di quello, che c'è in casa, ma senza jogurt o latte ecc. ma con l'aggiunta delle patate, un po' di dado, un cucchiaio di vino rosso corposo, un cucchiaio di birra, un po' di curcuma, abbondante prezzemolo verde e acqua a livello delle verdure. Alla fine della cottura con il residuo del liquido posso condire un bel piatto di spaghetti e cosi' ricavo un primo piatto e un secondo. Comunque sono due ricette che hanno degli incredienti in comune. Tutt'edue ricette sono favolose. Complimenti ancora alla Signora per le Sue mani d'oro, cucina proprio con arte, che ti fa innamorare nel mangiare, con appetito. Tanti complimenti e apprezzamenti dalla Sicilia ( Italia ). Un cordiale saluto. Ciao
