What's the population of Space right now, Four SpaceX, two Boeing, four already up there, and now three more. 13 People up there ATM. That has to be a record. Four of them Women as well. We may have just reached a 0.74 level Civilization.
Presumably because this Soyuz is scheduled to bring back ISS crew members who've been up there a lot longer. There is no urgent need to bring Williams or Wilmore down before the Space X launch is ready to go.
All countries involved in the international space station share the different space flights. When the US launches the next crew dragon it will take one American and one Russian to the ISS.
Personalised seat, suit and bigger reputation loss if foreign country. All spacecraft seats shape made for comfy landing, while suit is more universal on Soyuz than on SpaceX. So you need 1 Soyuz crew member to take those 2 Starliner astronauts back. But you still need to send another spacecraft to bring other part of crew back, since its rare when ships fly with free seats.
I'm just glad our astronaut crews are allowed to work together despite all the tomfoolery on and between the political home fronts
Questo è ancora un esempio di come dovrebbe andare il mondo!
Inspired and I can only say, keep the collaboration going for ever 👍☝️

12 on ISS , 4 on Polaris(space craft) and 3 on Tiangong(Chinese Space Station).
In total 19
Atm 19 people in space
Humans can achieve wonderful things like this but we still struggle with audio levels on youtube....
CONGRATULATION RUSSIA SOYUZ SPACECRAFT YOU ARE THE BEST OF UNIVERSE THE WORLD WILL ASK YOU FOR HELP
Congrtulations to soyuz team and team of NASA for safe landing to ISS.
Sono 20 anni che soyuz permette la sopravvivenza della stazione spaziale
Tutto sotto silenzio...
very low audio level
why don't we fly spacestation to Mar , it can carry whole bunch of people.
Politics aside we're still 1 team.
sound is suppressed
How come they cant bring the stranded astronauts back
they could they did offer. More a political face saving decision. Boeing and NASA rescued by the Russians, not a good look
Their capsule only carrys a crew of three.

US still paying Russia for a ride?

I think it’s just seat swapping these days. It keeps the crews familiar with both of the crafts they may need to fly in case of an emergency.
also for lifting ISS, so it stay on orbit.
@@redl3733 I think they do that with the Russian cargo capsule
@@wdwerker, well the Russians refused to board the Boeing starliner for safety reasons and they were right!
Russia 🇷🇺 ♥️👍
Glory to Russia!
What’s the dumb reason that the two stranded astronauts couldn’t go back on the Soyuz?
Boeing. And the Soyuz only takes three passengers, not five.

Thought we weren't sending our astronauts on Soyuz anymore?
Thanks NASA for money for ruzzia
Even launch and docking video from the Russians still make it seem like they are in 1983.
If it ain't broke don't fix.
