LOL! It is like you read my mind. I am re-pouring a section of counter that turned yellow this weekend. I am going over a counter with the Ultimate Top Coat applied so I sanded with 150 grit first, will be coating with a bonding primer to ensure adhesion, then top coat and finally epoxy.
My first pour ever, left some bald spots. Will sanding over first pour and applying a second pour correct that issue or do I need to remove the first pour entirely?

Does that go for the same if a UTC is applied???
Yes. You can thoroughly sand the utc and either repaint or repour.
