Be in charge of the blocking, if not they will not let you move on. They will always delay and postpone discussions so you don't heal. Narcs are mental patients.
Here's a fun game that I think everyone should do. The second they unblock you and they [Msged you] wait 3 days with no answer back, then block & delete for good. You don't need to be around childish abusive toxic people in life.
They will use you if you let them
I’m guilty of the blocking and blocking via email…it’s a toxic cycle! I want him gone FOREVER!!! I definitely need more strength to not respond! He was also tracking my phone in addition to hacking my phone!!! He’s beyond sick!!! He even said that he thought he saw me at the mall 🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️ Like why are you looking for me sir?!?
I got reverse hoovered, I started questioning everything and I got the mask to fully slip. He's now blocked. I'm currently working on dissecting and trying to deal with trauma bond and withdrawls. It's really hard to hear everything tho and just knowing that everything was a lie and I can actually see it now.
..I don't know how to deal with the narcs in my dysfunctional family because I currently live with/depend on them, but that's a work in progress..

Exactly! He said he hates me but then still reaches out. He’s only blocked me when we’ve been arguing & he wanted me to stop responding & I wouldn’t even though he was the one to start the argument.
Man this guy I’ve been with contacted me after two months of silence just to tell me that I “do nothing for him”. It’s always a set up for pain. I was dumb and met up with and it felt like he could only find things wrong with me. Everything I said it was turned into me doing something offensive to him. As he showed me something on his phone the girl he cheated twice with popped up. I didn’t even accuse him of anything but I did start to cry. He got so angry he just went on and on about how I had no right to be upset and basically turned the situation around as if it was my fault he ever cheated. I feel like such a loser for ever answering the phone. I just wish I had never ever met this person. Listen people, please don’t answer that call. It will always end the same way. And it will get worse every time!!!
I hope you blocked him from everything now. Never look back!
Sounds pretty much like the same thing that happened to me…he treated me like I was his worse enemy ever, he falsely accused me of cheating, he called me names, he blamed everything on me. It was like he wanted to punish me for leaving him and going no contact for a month. I was devastated that I allowed myself to endure his evilness once again. Needless to say I am no contact once again and moving on, never to look back again.

I was lied to on a dating site who claimed he is divorced and lied about his age. For 4 months he lied. Then I did a background check and he is married. I confronted in text and he lies and then asked me out for dinner. I said no and he has me blocked on facebook messenger but not facebook. I'm disgusted

He blocked me after I blocked him first.
I said exactly that... block me I can't do this anymore... of course he didn't and then did and then didn't as my no contact progressed. He's unblocked for months I haven't except for a few hours and I'm proud of it xx
My ex narcissist never says he doesn't want me, he discards me I discarded him too, but he won't block me I've asked him to block me he won't since last year, this makes sense, but I want him to block me so I can't reach out. He blocked me on Instagram even though we never talk on Instagram, but he unblocked me. He won't block me. He a weirdo even walked pass my house stalking because I went on a date 🙄
He was blocking and unblocking and now I'm blocked on everything. Then he puts my messenger on secret conversation but hasn't said anything because I'm blocked. And why? Control?
After i Kicked him out of my life i blocked him. But hè find a wat to contact me. I let him in again but kicked him out again and he blocked me….and unblocked me…try to call me all Night. Than i blocked him and deleted his number so i dont know If i am still blocked…. But i keep him blocked
Idk 🤷♀️ I’m at the point of manipulating him intentionally an reaching out to have him think I want him back an get him to meet up to have him physically hurt from him doing everything he’s done to me because I left did no contact I don’t have social media I don’t acknowledge him blocked everywhere an was healing an then months later he used the court system to try to harass an hurt me to regain control and power an that’s a no go !

I was blocked and she stopped watching my story. It's been 6 weeks. FYI she's also a neighbor. 5 houses down.

10 V E R Y..... L O N G.... years of this with my still legal husband.... he's such a liar and he is NOT a good person but we're stuck caring for him cause we have no finances to put him in a facility and no one in his biological family can handle his lying drama
He discarded me, I said some terrible things, after 4 months, I apologized. He texted me, he accepted, but doesn’t want to meet in person (we live in the same building), but he said if I had anything else to say, I could text him.
Why not just block me?

Ummm, you can track someone via apps? Which ones and how? He pays to have Alexa and Sirius radio, can he track on that? How does one track via goggle maps? Please if someone can list ways you can be tracked, I'd appreciate it. I don't have any shared accounts with him nor apple products.

he unfollowed me on instagram and removed me from his followers but not deleting me on facebook and not blocking me on whatsapp - i randomly spoke with a common friend and he mentioned to her that he didnt want to take it very far because “i’m a good person”. most say there is gonna be a hoover moment at some point thats why it was only a symbolic delete but not the full thing. any guesses?
I’m getting random calls text and Fb messages from the narc, I don’t have any way of contacting him so he’s the one reaching out to me every month. This is basically a cycle he does but I will never budge again.
I felt into the trap; I went off and called him out (although he never blocked me on whatsapp) and he is apparently mad at me 😂, like all the lies he told me and I caught him into them, the pain and heartbreak? it's all my fault LOL. He is still lurking my stories although we do not follow each other's anymore. congrats to him for getting my attention this time but unfortunately for him? She blocked me on fb while we were still together bc I complained about the pic she was posting. She never unblocked me. However, unlike the previous 2 discards, she hasn't blocked my number. Any guess on why? Thanks!
How do you know if you are blocked on the phone?
He some how hacked into my face book and can see all my messenger messages and everything I post,I do not have him as a friend and he supposively doesn't have a facebook,how is he able to see my messenger messages?

he didnt block me, only unfollowing me on instagram but i blocked him everywhere but still he dug my old comments on his youtube and liked all of em 🤦♀️ i ignored! then he did so many silly things to make me contact him but i ignored him again & no reactions. NO CONTACT! lol that day i forgot to block him on youtube
