Cool. I didn't know they were improved. What you imparted to them was energy, with enough energy they were able to glide and finde their targets. That's a novel way of employing this weapons, for sure.
Thank you for taking the time to make this informative and entertaining tutorial video on this excitingly innovative deployment method for AGM154s from an F-16.
Problem with the A is it is just a fancy 87. So almost worthless against everything minus a SAM radar dish. I just cant find a good reason to carry this over a HARM. Also it get shot down by almost any advanced SAM just like the HARM. But its still pretty damn cool.
OH...wtf. I got this spacing totaly wrong :D haha. Thanks for sharing the video. Now i should be able to work with this weapon more properly. Happy Eastern mate
I have learned so much from you just in a short time. Amazing teacher. I am getting all the big ticket items but it's the little things that are tripping me up. I made a mission, just a basic Red/Blue Infantry engagement with some triggers and what not. But I go to run the sim and I cannot view any of the units on either side, except at the very start I have a view of a Red soldier. But when I go to the F10 map, that's it. I can't leave the F10 map. I checked the options are all set to ALL and enforced. I see your scenarios where you're jumping from unit to unit on both sides at will. What is going on? Any help would be super appreciated.
Sorry for late reply, have you tried the default cameras (F6 F7 etc) and also ensured that you don't have any mission options preventing you from "cheating view" (ie forcing you to view your team only, first person cockpit only etc). Also check these options in your main DCS menu (not just in mission editor)
@@DCSDigitalCombatSimulator I figured out the issue. My Track IR uses the same F keys as DCS. So when I pressed F9 to view ships, my Track IR turned off. I just changed the Track IR keys so there was no conflict. But thanks for the feedback. That one was a head scratcher.
Thankfully I don't see it much on servers now, but the same meta was done with the Harrier. Take up 10 JDAM's, sit on the parking pad at your home base and plot out 10 mark points, import them to the targeting computer, then just fly at 40k feet 50 miles away and drop all 10 and wipe out half an air base in one go. Same as you I've never understood the fascination with that style of flying, it's so unbelievably boring. I absolutely love the harrier and the F16, I'd much rather try take a payload of snakeyes and rockets and skim the deck at 50ft and lay waste to the SAM's whilst dodging AAA.
@@krismurphy7711 Outside the context of a game sure, in context it's just annoying when you've spent 3+ hrs working with a few other people to wittle down an air base and then some lazy douche canoe drops 6 JSOWS from 35kft and wipes out everything. Not to mention, highly unrealistic.
@@machalot I do actually own it but never got around to giving it a proper chance. Does look incredibly fun though, you saying it's a worthy tree skimmer?
Very Good and innovative I must say, your on the deck flying is outstanding 👌

Outstanding content ALERT
Clusterbombs are so satisfying especially that first hit was spot in with the spacing.
Happy easter everyone!
Dude - you’ve got outstanding content. Really great stuff here, man. 🤙🏾
I appreciate that!

I like the way you fly....and think.

I absolutely love utilizing this tactic.. I thought it was my little secret!
best intro and outro I've ever seen...
+ 1 sub
Also, can do the same thing with the CBU-105
No. The 105 barely has half the range of these. These you can drop almost 50miles away. The 105's don't glide 50miles.
Removing the intro is a great step. I like the way u did it. You got my attention and the video was excited when it started.

F16 be like: Say hello to my little friend
Great video, thanks!
Is that the Caucasus terrain?
Would you mind sharing this mission for those of us, who are not great with the mission editor?
What server is this?
no intro intro is an intro.
you must be talking about how I JDAM MP server air bases, yep that's me....wash , rinse, repeat.....
Ohhh, this is exactly what i did a few days ago (uploaded it too on me channel)

BUT....that is the brilliance of such weapons.....soon won't even need pilots in the cockpit.

@LtShifty Sounds like you need some Viggen in your life.
