Yeah I found gear today that is for a race more nonexistent than the akaviri race gear you can only get from cyrodil Edit: and its not the dwemer gear even though the gear was found alongside dwemer constructs.
@@sxdgxsm3651 aw well that’s not nice, you can definitely do normal dungeons even on low-level characters. Are you in a guild? I find guilds are a great way to meet people and get help with gear, runs, etc and they are much nicer to new players!

@@UltaStorm yeah deshaan has some good armor! The set pieces drop from different kinds of bosses so that could be why you are still missing certain items. They should be curated so you do get what you need based on the boss type you kill though. Here’s how they drop: Delve bosses drop a waist, foot, or unique item piece. Overland bosses drop a head, chest, leg, weapon, or unique item piece. Public dungeon bosses drop a shoulder, hand, weapon, or unique item piece. Chests at World Events, most commonly Dark Anchors drop a jewelry set piece. Treasure chests have a chance to grant any set piece that can drop in that zone; the chance is increased by having the Treasure Hunter champion perk. Zone story quest rewards are often part of overland sets.
I love the Witches' Festival! I only recently turned into ESO, and I badly want the Passion's Muse personality. It's so cute! I want it so much that the moment it comes back I'll buy event tickets for it! It's coming in New Life this year, right?
The witches festival writs drop from the plunder skulls. You need to do 13 of them to get the hat. People will also be selling them at guild traders if you are not getting what you need from the skulls

Normally they do make the previous year's drop available as a rare drop from the plunder skulls, but this year it is listed as part of the witches grab bag. You can purchase these for 2 event tickets and will randomly get something from the past event that you don't already have, including the ghost netch fragments. I guess since they had a lot of new items dropping, they decided to add this to the grab bag instead. Still worth the 2 tickets though in my opinion!
I wish I could've participated however my Xbox has had this strange problem where eso won't even load in and other games don't even load in all my progress. It's been going on for 2 months and I don't know what the problem is up to this day.
@@Nessaeria nope. But strangely I just solved the problem an hour ago. It turns out my Xbox was almost out of space, and the secondary hard drive my dad installed had nothing on it. So I began transferring stuff to the secondary drive and that solved it.
Are the gold plunder skulls once per day per account cuz I killed jack and crow on my first char then done it on my second but second time I only got purple plunder skulls

Basically if ur into Housing then it might be worth doing the event. Everyone else, I'd skip it . I always return for witches but I'm not logging in this time
@@majicweather4890 I do like the new encounter and the new owl pet! But I can understand how it may not be as exciting if you have been doing this event for awhile.
@@joe3683 yes absolutely! In fact the double xp bonus is perfect to help you hit cp! Make sure that you group up for the hollowjack and crow fights though so you can beat it. Groups of 5 or more worked fine for me ☺️

@@AiteraSeg yes he is super challenging!! I tried with 4 people and we had to get a few more. The fight is really fun though, I like the mechanics!
Edit*** watched further. And confirmed.....Do the craglorn bosses that spawn on the map drop the skulls like the jubilee event did?
They sure do! This is probably the fastest way to get the plunder skulls.

Yes, I noticed the same thing as well. It is only dropping one gold skull per account :(
