We played together for a few years before he suddenly passed away from a heart condition. It's been a few years since Iv played ESO but I'm happy to be back. I Still miss playing with him. RIP Newt
A nice guide lucky, but, maybe point out the big requirements for antiquities farming, ie, you NEED Greymoor, and ESO+ or all the dlc zones in order to get the skill line and access to scry and excavate everywhere. You ALSO need a bunch of skill points (at least 10 for the key skill passives) when levelling up antiquities, you can’t just magically level it up in a day without those skill points.
@@buuuuuuurn-the-heretic not rlly, i came here looking for ways to make gold as a new player, and something hes not pointing out off the bat is, if you didnt buy dlc or eso+ you cannot do this.... maybe come out with a get gold vid for free to play ppl..

Your guides are awesome! They've helped me understand how the game works and how to better build characters to do what I want. I do wish that there was something in the video or description that mentions what DLCs are required for the things in the video, though. It's frustrating to try to do some things in guides only for it to not work and after some research finding out I need to pay for the associated DLC. I know vet players know all this but most new players have zero clue how the paid content works (unless they've done a ton of research beforehand and even doing that itself requires some idea of how much stuff is locked behind a paywall so you know you have limited access if you aren't willing to pay for it) and it's frustrating to see something interesting only to try it in the game and realize I don't have access to it. I'm learning now that several of the things in the guides are locked behind paywalls but I didn't know that before. I'm mentioning it because a lot of newer players watch your content and I think it would be extremely helpful if you could just mention what content needs to be bought. :)
Thanks so much for this!! One huge catch though, many of these things require purchased DLC (like Antiquities need Greymoor and im not sure if the El Ash Ascension coin requires all DLC zones to be scried) so for new players, not everything here works.
I have another way to make gold, spell scar farm route, farm raw materials for a chance to obtain potent nirncrux that sells for 28k-32k easy, also refine those raw materials for golden mats and sell the stack of refined that you wont need. Also is a good place to farm exp!

Thank you!!! I just started playing a few months ago and really loving it. There is SO much to learn! Video's like this (and watching your stream) really help. Please keep it up! Thanks again! :)
I just completed the artifact/archology part of this guide, at lvl 19 it took over a week and while the world wasn't unlocked for me being brand new I joined a big guild and used beam me up to get around quickly, I unlocked one green, one blue and the single purple which nets 6250 gold per zone when I was done as per the guide I had about 430,000 gold which is not to be sniffed at but it quite a way short of the 1,000,000 gold infered, maybe it would have been higher if I was max level, as for time I did have to grind artifacts to level five and sink some skill points in before I could realistically hunt for purples which took a couple of days, realising this I also picked up open world crystals/skill points for each zone as well as all the way points save a few locked behind quest chains so that racked up some time but was very satisfying, by the end I was just shy of level 30 had maxed out artifact skills and was at level 9.5, I had also dumped a good amount of skills into all the crating trades opening them up, and while I could pick up the final 100,000 gold quest I had to grind out artifacts to lvl 10 before I could research it, so overall about 40 to 50 hours which is just over a week of play time for me, I also had to find and complete the mage quest line to access the last Isle, I left it till last so it was easy to get around and complete once you found the starter quest (Google to the rescue), overall I'm very please with the game and your guide but you might want to tweak the gold expection and rewards on the artifact guild part for new or low level players
PS I took a day out after downloading ESO to get a Good idea of what to do so I wasn't overwhelmed, of all the guides yours was the best, while long it covered everything I needed to know and set me up for a great start, I ended up watching it twice before finally picking my char and logging in, time well invested and you earned my sub, keep up the good work 👍
With the new passives in the green tree you can get a lot more out of chests and writ chests. Had so many gold resources drop from them since the update.

I randomly figured out the scrying thing when I got that dlc, I didn't find the 100k treasure but I still ended up making 200k just by leveling the skill up by find all the different treasures in all the zones

@@itsKroci yeah, I definitely don't watch him very much anymore. I get it though, a strictly ESO youtuber doesn't have much potential for significant viewership lol.
The Antiquities is going to give you maybe $330-350K including with the $100K, not 'nearly $1M', and it's going to take one a solid 15hrs of grinding Antiquities to get that.
Yeah, from listening to that first one, it doesn't even seem worth the time. I mean wtf? you still have to complete the mages guild for that one. and all you get is a measly 100k? or least the first part of it.
Lol that intro - 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. I’m definitely paying attention to the tricks because while I’m hoping to get a new PS4 controller someday, I could be looking up tips for getting gold long before I get a hopefully new controller. Going for my goal house - Coldharbour Surreal Estate - to move my dark elf vampire and my vampire Magcro character into.
Now that I've got your attention with my advertising 👀 have you considered making a crafter video. How to make one. Best way to level etc, and what to use it for?
with the writs there are plenty of add ons that will autocraft the required items so if u go to alinor which has all the stations next to the notice boards and a short walk to the hand in point u can fire out writ quests in like 2 min per character
Returning to ESO after a long hiatus. This video was very helpful. I'm grateful for the mostly up-to-date information. I guess trying to find aetherial dust isn't a good money maker?
I just watched your 2 hour beginner guide in one sitting and it was awesome, truly the best resource I've found and I will be watching all the uploads and in stream now. Few questions, im really liking the game but I tend to move on quickly so I don't want to get eso+ until I know I'm staying, that being said should I not even craft without eso? Should I sell all my crafting materials or should I save just a few resources? If so which ones? Also to go along with that for items that aren't intricate, ornate, or researchable should I be deconstructing or selling them?
sell ornate, deconstruct intricate and everything else to level your benches. You can sell the materials if you want to save space. Just save the purple and gold crafting materials so you can upgrade your gear when you get to that point :)
One thing i have to correct you on, and that's the Clockwork City daily quest. The Bursar of Tributes can request several categories of items, and toys/games is just one of them. During the Morrowind Celebration I also received quests for cosmetics/grooming items and adornments (or, as the Bursar said, "shinies").
Whenever I am able to get a new controller and get back in ESO, I plan to get enough coin for the Coldharbour Surreal Estate, my dream house. I have a dark elf vampire and a Magcro Vampire that would both equally look cool in there along with a lot of dark and sinister furniture that I could put in there. 👍👍🙂
Another way of making gold: Using AP to buy deadly strike crates, if you get any 1H weapon you will get atleast 20k gold no matter the trait, axes and daggers will give you 40k+ gold no matter the trait, perfectly rolled daggers and axes will give you hundreds of thousands of gold.
actually, the first thing to to BEFORE you go to Artaeum, in your first mothod, is to unlock the necessary skill line :) scrying & excavation, so go to the city of Solitude in Western Skyrim to do that
I shall join your worshippers right now. You indeed made me rich just when I needed it (and honestly I had so much fun while watching this video) ♡u♡ So... UA-cam why did you recommend me this video after months of being poor?
Thanks for the guide Lucky! Just wanted to point out that the prologue quest that you need to do to unlock the daily in Grahtwood is not the one for Elsweyr - it's the one called "the demon weapon".
I just found this game, and this game is pretty great. Im making good gold, but my character has magic, and is a knight…. I may need to make another one🤣🤣🤣 thanks for the great video
Your tips are very good however doing antiquities net me around 300k-350k not 1 million so be prepared BTW I like your editing, makes me remember kelvduit channel a bit ahah
i... i think this would be a lot easier if the game had a real auction house I still hate that im forced to join a guild if i want to actually sell something... I dont like joining guilds I prefer to stick by myself but in eso to make actual gold the best way is selling stuff on guild traders :(
Small correction there. It isn't only games and toys that are required for that Clockwork City daily, but also cosmetics and utensils (and armor pieces and som "food stuffs" from beasts, but those are rarely stolen).
I find it handy to go robbing elsewhere and when you can hardly walk for stolen goods, go and see the annoying crow. Most times i say Hi, he tells me what he wants and i hand over the items.
I immediately subbed after this vid. You've got talent for awesome guide videos - the pacing is perfect, great detailed info without over-saturation, adorable humour, plus your voice is soothing and not irritating to listen to, hah. The last 15 seconds of the video tho... 😹 I laughed my a$$ off. Great work, my friend. ✌ Looking forward to seeing more! 😸
Hey man, I’m a much newer player and taking the first method into account of getting the antiquities. Would be nice to know how to get the scrine and excavating skill line and if you need dlcs or not.
Cant stress enough how usefull writs are, not only will you gain the upfront gold from it but you will also gain loads of gold mats, master writs but those arent even the good rewards. You'll get survey maps which is if stacked and collected all at a time (for example collecting 50+ blacksmith survey maps) it will give you a stupendous amount of raw mats that you can refine giving you an immense amount of gold mats. When you do this make sure you have the 50% chance of double yield and extra chance of refining good stuff from the craft cp tree.
The best survey maps are blacksmithing, clothing, woodworking and most of all jewelry. Alchemy and enchanting while usefull wont give you as much. Also one thing to know is those writs are on a 3day rotation so you could potentially make everything for 9days and just collect quest and turn the items in immediatly for timesaving. Do this on as much characters as you have (make sure to level crafting though since the highest level crafted items will give you the most.)
Easiest way to make gold, if u have eso plus. Instead of spending ur crowns just sell them. If ur on NA PS5 1k crowns go for 100k gold.. every month u get free 1.5k crowns with eso plus

5:22 I'm just here trying to make some gold and Lucky's out here trying to make me act up.
You indeed made me rich just when I needed it (and honestly I had so much fun while watching this video) ♡u♡
So... UA-cam why did you recommend me this video after months of being poor?
NIce video :)
Btw I love your style...reminds me of Tyrael from Diablo ^^
You’re costume is sick like the Diablo angel
Your videos are great, and i have to say i truly love your thumbnail design 😁
Thanks for the guide Lucky! Just wanted to point out that the prologue quest that you need to do to unlock the daily in Grahtwood is not the one for Elsweyr - it's the one called "the demon weapon".
was that not the prologue quest for elsweyr? or which was it the prologue for?
@@LuckyGhost Sorry - your right I saw the one for Dragon Hold and the Demon Weapon and got them mixed up my bad lol.
I just found this game, and this game is pretty great. Im making good gold, but my character has magic, and is a knight…. I may need to make another one🤣🤣🤣 thanks for the great video
Good job man just found your page and love it thanks for all the info
Great video again Lucky
Your tips are very good however doing antiquities net me around 300k-350k not 1 million so be prepared
BTW I like your editing, makes me remember kelvduit channel a bit ahah
Woah this reminds me of kevduits old videos. So much nostalgia
i... i think this would be a lot easier if the game had a real auction house I still hate that im forced to join a guild if i want to actually sell something...
@@koitorob I have a bunch of the items he wants saved in the bank ready for use. :-)
This actually includes a really nice guide to leveling your antiquities. Great, thanks for the info!
The king is back
Thanks a lot, man. Cheers!
Motif coffers have a 24 hour cool down if you get a motif page wait till the next daily reset before you open more otherwise your just waste it them
Probably need to make it a point that you HAVE to have a Trading Guild with a Trader to make money on a lot of these things. Thats a slight overstep.
Awesome video man, thanks so much
Good info but also so entertaining and fun to watch.
Glad you enjoyed it!
running around picking up mats is OP also doesnt require much either
That outfit looks insane, Tyrael almost! What was it?!
Hey man, I’m a much newer player and taking the first method into account of getting the antiquities. Would be nice to know how to get the scrine and excavating skill line and if you need dlcs or not.
Antiquities. Very accessible.
If you have Greymoor, that is.
Hey! I was in this video!!
To the moon here folks 🚀 💎 🙌
I still don’t play ESO but keep watching your vids lol
LOL thank you
Cant stress enough how usefull writs are, not only will you gain the upfront gold from it but you will also gain loads of gold mats, master writs but those arent even the good rewards.
