Three questions. 1. Do you think we should've gotten Shawn Michaels vs Randy Savage ? 2. Who you think Vince could have Build up Wrestlemania 1 with Iron Shiek as the champion and Hogan As the challenger ? 3. If the WWF was able to use the ECW Championship how would you incorporate it into the " unisdupted champion " ?
@@savagedarksider5934 1. We did get it a few times on the 92 European Tour; but it should have been a program built to one of the major PPVs 2. No 3. Even if the WWF was able to use the ECW Championship during The Invasion, I personally wouldn't have; there were already too many belts as there was

Savage is definitely my alltime favorite WWF/WWE wrestler. I loved him as a heel. I loved him as a face. When Sherri replaced Liz Savage didn't miss a beat, I loved those few years together as well. Sherri was an amazing valet for the Macho King. The flying elbow drop is one of the sweetest finishers ever, and that's because of how perfect he made it look. It's hard to pick a favorite match, but his program with Roberts was absolutely epic, legendary. Two of the best promo cutters in the industry and it was a long fued that didn't feel a day too long. Nothing but love and respect for the late "Macho Man" Randy Savage. One of the best to ever lace up the boots.

During summer of 1987, on the house show circuit title matches against Hulk Hogan. Elizabeth interjected herself in the match. Randy attempted to hit Hulk with chair. But Elizabeth snatched the chair and slapped him. Since then, Randy began to treat Elizabeth with more respect. When Hulk made the save on Saturday Night's Main Event. If you read between the lines. Hulk was returning the favor.
First, some technicals here about Randy's career that probably weren't mentioned in the video... Randy's 1st match/appearance was taped on Monday, June 17, 1985 at the Mid-Hudson Civic Center in Poughkeepsie, New York, and was broadcast on the Saturday, July 6 edition of WWF Championship Wrestling. Randy's end in the WWF occurred when A] his final match happened on Tuesday, Sept. 13, 1994 at the Stadthalle in Rostock, Germany, while B]his Halloween Night appearance on Raw that year was taped on Monday, Oct. 17 at the Memorial Auditorium in Burlington, Vermont. For Miss Elizabeth, her 1st appearance in the WWF was on Tuesday, July 30, 1985 in the same building Randy debuted in, with a broadcast date of Saturday, Aug. 24 on WWF Championship Wrestling. Her final appearance on WWF TV was at WrestleMania VIII on Sunday, Apr. 5, 1992, with the final mention of her name occurring on the Saturday, May 23 broadcast of WWF Superstars. In terms of what happened with Randy at the end, James, to me, that was wrong that Vince did that to him. A more fitting goodbye for him would have been for Randy to settle all his hashes with Crush, and then get a last shot at the WWF Championship against Bret Hart at the 1994 WWF Survivor Series. Savage wins, as a babyface, and Bret wins the 1995 Royal Rumble. Randy then announces that he will retire from the WWF at WrestleMania XI, and says to Bret, 'We're ending this, between you and I, inside the cage at WrestleMania for the title! Oooh Yeah!'. The match happens, and Bret wins his 3rd WWF Title. The next night on a live edition of Raw, Randy gives his farewell speech, thanks Vince, and congratulates Bret, while anointing him the 'Leader of the New Generation'. Then, Randy takes the rest of the Spring and all of the Summer of 1995 off, and signs with WCW to do what he'd do there. As for Shawn, he'd still be figured into things for his run to the WWF Championship in 1996. What do you think of that setup for Savage's exit, James? P.S. I don't think that Randy shouldv'e been married to Elizabeth before he entered the WWF. It was that company that, to me, did in the marriage between the 2, because Vince felt that both had to meet each other in the WWF, and not outside it. o.o
Elizabeth's final mention was in the WWF Magazine when Randy announced they were divorced(a rare break of kayfabe in the magazine at that time) As far as your scenario goes, it's really good; though they probably would have turned(or attempted to turn) Randy heel due to Vince hating doing Face/Face matches on a big stage
@@WeAreProWrestling James, I think that Savage would probably need to be only a slight heel there....not the whole thing....kind of like a heel who would be honest with the Hitman, and would simply leave it all in the cage, and then drop the last bits of heel upon the 3 count. And in terms of Kevin Nash/Diesel, I'd have him become WWF Champion at SummerSlam 1995, rematch against Bret at the 1996 Royal Rumble, drop the title to the Hitman, and then Shawn would win the Ruble match as planned, thereby allowing for Bret-Shawn at WrestleMania XII. Kev would still get the World Title, but not for a year. Is that good too, James? o.o

Well......except the "abuse" his character did to Elizabeth (telling her to shut up, etc.,) which was good heel work, other than that absolutely, it would work in today's wrestling

Well, say Vince McMahon let Savage wrestle, and he stuck around. A match I think would have been fun to see, against a newly crowned King of the Ring, who that night cut a promo about what Austin 3:16 says. Yeah, that's right, Stone Cold and Mach having a program together maybe to buy time until Bret Hart returns at Survivor Series later that year.
They did have 1 televised match in WCW in 1995 on Steve's way out But a little program post-KOTR 96 would have been interesting to see; especially the promos
There's only 1 person who truly knows the answer and he'll never say anything What I think? I think it was a case of Vince was really hurt that Randy left

Bret for the title
What do you think is the real reason Vince had such animosity towards Randy Savage dispite Vince making up with many others he had a falling out with?
There's only 1 person who truly knows the answer and he'll never say anything
What I think? I think it was a case of Vince was really hurt that Randy left
I think also it was a case that Savage took the Slim Jim deal with him to WCW
@@ManiaxOnYTZeus The thing with that is Vince has made back that money and then some; there's something more there that only Vince truly knows
What wrestler / wrestlers do you believe Savage could have had a feud with during his time in the WWF?
Bret Hart & Shawn Michaels in 93/94
What I want to know is how you could mention Savage, and WWF, not coming to terms in 1994, without saying anything about "The Situation."
"The Situation" that has been proven a myth
Would Randy Savage (1988-1989) vs. CM Punk (2011-2013) be considered a dream match?
Not really a "Dream Match"; but given the right story could have been a great match
