do you intentionally have 0 eccentric loading on your sl rdls? feels like you should be trying to have more control over the bar and less spinning out when you're lifting off your left leg (hips rotating and shifting less)
its mostly strength building so the focus is concentric but you are right, i should have been more controlled with the movement whilst doing them which did annoy me but this was the last week i did them🔥🔥🔥
@@jevonsutherland I think looking at some single leg hip stability stuff would help with the spinning out. Things like Hip Airplanes. If you don't already, I'd recommend checking out sprinting and s&c coach channels like Sika Strength, ATHLETE.X, Will Ratelle, and Coach Tony Holler
