This is a recipe treasure. Thank you for sharing it. I've tried a variety of adaptations, but this one has proven to be the best over time. Note: A touch of rosemary and/or parmesan are good ingredients to add.

I love hearing that you're going to make them. They are one of my favorites ever since my mom started making them when I was little. Happy Thanksgiving!!
I use to love making them, but it really hard using hand, so I finally got me the KitchenAid mixer. Total so much easier using the mixer. I use half mild and half hot sausage.
I wouldn't be able to do anything without my mixer. My grandmother bought me my first Kitchenaid mixer over 25 years ago....it is Cobalt blue and it still works perfectly like it was brand new. It changed my life...haha. I got my mother's white one when she was no longer able to cook and I have been using it too...it is the very basic model but I love them all. Thank you! I wanted an easy recipe to make sausage balls.
Thanks for watching and commenting!!
I had added comments on sausage gravy. I neglected to say to use split biscuits while hot OR a piece of toast. Either one is delicious.
I bake the biscuits according to box instructions
This is something I have to try!
I love them..... Thanks so much for watching and commenting. Merry Christmas!! Caren
This is a recipe treasure. Thank you for sharing it. I've tried a variety of adaptations, but this one has proven to be the best over time.
Note: A touch of rosemary and/or parmesan are good ingredients to add.
That sounds wonderful. I will have to try your tips!!
Thank you for using the kitchen aid, it made my life much easier. I have sausage balls in the oven.

You did such a nice job of showing and explaining! i’m making some tomorrow for our Thanksgiving dinner on Thursday. I might add a little bit of cream cheese to be sure that they hold together well. Thanks for doing a good job explaining exactly how to do this!
I love hearing that you're going to make them. They are one of my favorites ever since my mom started making them when I was little. Happy Thanksgiving!!
OMG! They look wonderful! Going to make these for my family for Christmas Eve! Thanks for all the wonderful recipes! You're the BEST!!
You're too kind. Thanks so much for watching and commenting. Merry Christmas!! Caren
Sounds great thanks. I’ll try them for Christmas ❄️
I have some great memories of Christmas Eve and all the yummy snacks my mother made when I was younger. Thanks for watching and commenting!!
I remember how hard these sausage balls were to make before we had these mixers and there is no way my hands could handle that now. Thanks so much for watching and commenting...Happy Holidays!! Caren p.s. I am going to try the recipe your way this next time....I love spicy stuff.
Nice presentation - looks good
i never heard of this. going to have to try this now.
