One of my favorite memories growing up was my mom making "Balls of Gold". It's still one of my favorite quick hearty meals. Mix Bisquik and milk to make dumpling dough, then stuff a small cube of cheddar cheese in each dumpling. Drop into a pan of hot tomato soup and cook til the dumplings are fluffy.
My Mama did the same! Some how she made her own tubs of bisquick. Feeding a family of 8 this was the only way we got pizza. But she did it in sheet pans and made the crust a lil thick, more like a deep dish and varied out the toppings. She even on occasion did a tuna and veggie version with a white sauce. Absolutely don’t forget the Italian seasoning in the mix! Winter skating parties on the ice with my moms home made pizza and hot chocolate and an old tire/wood bonfire where always the best. Thanks for the memory! I am 63 years old.

We love the Impossible Cheeseburger pie. Just brown a pound of ground beef and half a diced onion. Half cup Bisquick a cup of milk one egg one cup shred cheddar. Mix and pour over beef and onions. Bake 350 for about 20/25 minutes. Its so easy and quick. Im lucky if I get any. Kids love it. I bake mine in a pie plate but you can absolutely use a cast iron skillet from stovetop to oven. One pan. No muss no fuss.😊

Dumplings on beef stew. Big ones. 10 minutes uncovered, 10 minutes covered. Amazing! P'nut butter cookies? Oh, yeah. Been using that recipe for Years. Also roll in sugar, flatten with a fork, then as soon as they come out, m&m's in the middle. Of course pancakes. Tried the cinnamon rolls but I wasn't keen on those. Thank you!!! Finally something more than pancakes and biscuits!!❤️❤️❤️❤️
I totally did the pizza dough tonight!! And you're right it definitely tastes like school Pizza!! Simple and good. You've just earned a new subbie, I think I'm going to try majority if not all of these recipes overtime. 😁
Thank you for the time stamps. Great for future reference.
I did not know you can do all this with bisquick, thank you , thank you and thank you.
Amazing! This was such a great video and you are fun to watch. You get right to it. Now I'm going to pull out my box of bisquick and get creative. Thank you!
I love Bisquick from the first year i got married in 1965. Thank you for sharing your recipes.
Looks yummy. I have done several of these, but the peanut butter cookies sound very easy and good.
Thanks for watching!
Think I tried the pizza dough once, it was OK. I prefer regular yeast pizza dough and it's easy to make.
We mix bisquick with 7up makes a good batter to fry fresh flounder in. Yum.
Thank you for sharing these great ideas. Great tutorial!
long time ago there was a cheese cake one on the box.. its so good.. love the bisquick cheesecake

Thank you!! You just made 1 box stretch so many different way!❤
Wow! And I'm not thinking about the recipes. I've already been a fan of Bisquick for many years and now a fan of yours. I had forgotten about some of the uses but my favorite that started me using that mix was the oven baked chicken. Try it, you'll like it.
I’ve done the cinnamon rolls and they are excellent and so easy.
I never use flour anymore to coat chicken livers. I take whatever left over bisquick is at the bottom of the bag and coat the livers. Then fry them. The flavor is so good!
I've never bothered making biscuits from scratch. Why should I when Bisquick and lots of butter
works so well! Make biscuit dough pour a good amount of melted butter in the 8x8 inch pan spread biscuit batter evenly in pan cut into equal squares before baking. So good!!!
Impossible pie made with Bisquik are Amazing! l grew up cooking with this!
Also uses to fry chicken in the oven,. YUMMMMM!
Do u have a recipe for the chicken in the oven?
@@marilynwilson618 yes. It's called oven fried chicken by a restaurant that was in my neighborhood. Recipe is in Betty Crocker cookbook and uses bisquick.

Wow! Never thought to use for breading or gravy either! Or pizza dough either! Thanks!
