In the complaint, she never mentioned why did she went there. She never told why things messed up. What started the situation. Why is she hiding the things. She must tell everything in the compain. In stead she said yeh hua wo hua, which appears to be false.
Indian courts are horrible. If something happened to her then he should be punished. But if she is making false complaint then why will she not be punished? If it is proved that Swati is making false complaint why will she not be punished. Why will not be put in jail?
Similar thing happened during IAC movement. Some random girl make fake complaint against Kumar Viswas. When the fake complaint is proved the girl is not punished. Why is that? She should be put in Jail for 5 years.

The political context needs to be understood. When AAP Chief was jailed, the party rallied behind him and organised many public programmes to take advantage of the sympathy wave and repel opponents. Swati maliwal was one of some leaders who did not participate actively in any of it. There were some other MPs as well like Harbhajan Singh. This led to a perception that the party is struggling to keep its flock together and might be imploding. The top brass of the party might be uneasy,wary and feel discomfort because of this. The roots of this ugly spat are being traced to this context.
What is this rumour that the fight began with someone must vacate Rajya Saba seat for the lawyer Abhishek Sanghvi of Kejriwal . Since Maliwal is now not a possible candidate for resignation , it is going to be Raghav chadda who will have to vacate his seat. Police didn't confiscate the CCTV footage when they went to re-create the crime scene. She is a capable intelligent woman with power. If she is claiming CCTV is tampered it means, there is no corroborative evidence. This means, to convict, her testimony will need to be that of "stellar quality". But there is a delay. No medical evidence in all probability. The video is also damning. It's very murky. But I have no confidence that it's a case for conviction.
