Guys! Don’t worry about Margo, she is fine and so well loved. She was back by my side in no time but felt very proud to show you how well behaved she can be. It does her brain good to follow commands and feel clever. There’s only a few commands she understands and “away” is one of them and so we do practice it. But it did look sad, bless her.
Of course she is loved. I live in Ireland in the Countryside and there are dogs around who spend their days in a small outdoor space and a small kennel outside all day and night. My heart breaks every time I walk by with my wee Jack russell on her walk. They bark and wag their tails as I speak to them. What do you do. I just have to walk by with a tear in my eye. Your doggies are soooo loved x
All dogs need strong guidance! They have a pack mentality and need a leader or they will try to take over. Gayna you did nothing wrong at all and it’s very good for her to be reminded where her place is in the family structure! Dogs with structure are happier dogs! With that being said she is the cutest fuzzy baby in the whole world! And that pouting was adorable lol! I got the giggles watching her!
Oh! I have the Same little desk that is in your guest house under the painting in living room!! Love mine and it's in my craft room sitting area! Had it for years!
Gosh, Gayna, Ted is really turning into a mini-Toby. I never saw the resemblance before but now I certainly do. Tell Toby that the sweater is perfect on him.

Loved your frypan tutorial for those who may feel they have to use non stick, it is dreadful I agree. FYI, my Womens Weekly cookbook collection told me, the non stick coating which forms on the pan over time and use is called the 'patina'. P.S. I thought you were being very mild and gentle with Margo, discipline is and integral part of loving and its obvious she is very loved.
PPS. I forgot to explain the difference between an italian BO and a tubular BO. I looked into it because I kept coming across differences in their definitions by other youtubers. An italian BO is just the sewn BO, a tubular BO is the italian BO with set up rows done prior to the BO, the set up rows plump up the fabric before binding off. Tell Toby that his new jumper has a very flattering fit on him. It makes him look tall and slender. That's another beautiful knit under your belt Gayna. Where you found the time with your busy schedule is beyond me.
Oh Gayna, Toby’s sweater looks so good on him (and yes, good on you too!). You’re so good to give it to him now. I would make my husband wait til Christmas and give it to him as a gift! All my hand knit socks get loose after wear until I wash them again. That yarn must be awesome. Ted is such a handsome and hardworking boy/man. It’s good you were able to put him in an environment that he thrives in even though you miss him so much. That’s love! ❤

I felt bad for Margo too, with her hurt feelings. But I guess a little discipline with love now and then is okay. I've been struck by Teddy's increasing resemblance to Toby, evidenced in this blog as he arrived home.
Lots of people are saying that about Ted and toby but I can’t see it. Must be true though! Yes Margo does do better with discipline, she feels insecure if she thinks she is in charge but oh my! Didn’t she tug at the heart strings!!!

She was absolutely fine, she went off and barked at nothing outside. It’s really good for poodles to be trained and follow commands, it makes them feel clever and important. I promise she was none the worse and was straight by my side again like a little shadow in no time. You guys know how well she is treated and how much I love her.

I knit for an hour or so every evening and it’s amazing how much you can produce that way 🤩

If it is a fox...it will return. I had 25 free roaming chickens that were killed within seconds by a pair of fox lying in wait.
