    Und was wäre die Beste Alternative? Soviel Obst und Gemüse kann ich am Tag garnicht essen...
    Es gibt so viele Informationen...Laut der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Ernährung können zum Tagesbedarf 1000 mg Vitamin C eingenommen werden. Dieser Wert ist doch viel zu gering...
