Needing to sleep on my side without rolling because I'm carrying a chemo ball in a fanny pack for 48 hours at a time. I have 9 more of these to go. This was the most entertaining AND informative video to help me decide.
This is absolutely hilarious because I’ve been using this exact same pillow for a few months now and I can soo relate. Hurling over the side of the bed like a freak. Or the tail tuck, some how trying to maneuver your feet to get the pillow in between your legs gracefully 😂 all of it has been done! Especially for a pre pregnancy stomach sleeper, this pillow has helped but I never ever thought I would be able to sleep on my side like this. Hugging the pillow is definitely the way to go when you wanna flip to your tummy but can’t. 😂
I currently just use smaller pillows. My bed spread came with throw pillows that I never use for making the bed, so I put one between my knees, one under my belly when it feels like it's hanging a bit, and I just rotate my head pillows to accommodate different positions. The system works great for me, and I don't have to pick between husband and pillow.
38 years ago we didn’t have the luxury of a body pillow so I used a firm pillow between my legs and a separate pillow for my head, I then made a third small firm pillow I wedged under my huge 3rd trimester belly! To this day I still use a firm pillow between my legs when I sleep on my side to keep my hips alined. I also made a small really firm pillow to hug to keep my Chest opened to get the best airflow in my lungs as I can get when I sleep, so you see now that you started using that pillow you will probably always use more than one pillow to sleep comfortably the rest of your life weather you are pregnant or not,😊
I saw the notification and I was like OKAY it is time to turn off the bell what are you doing you'll probably never be pregnant yourself stahp it. Then I watched the video (...) and I still fucking love your personality which is annoying because now I can't turn off the bell and I have to keep watching pillow videos. So yea, going nowhere. I was loving my pregnancy pillow for most of my pregnancy but into my 3rd trimester I started to get too hot with it and now it's on the floor. Thankfully I got one that has a detachable smaller body pillow and I'm still using that thing. I thought I would really need the whole thing in my 3rd trimester so I'm surprised I'm actually more comfortable now without it!

I use the pregnancy pillow mostly to prop my feet up and for tail tuck. I also use pregnancy pillow for back support just to prop me up a bit when I really badly just want to sleep on my back

I got one for that hip surgery I had when I was 27. It was A-MAZ-ING. Works well on a KING SIZE BED 👌!! Worth EVERY penny! I gave it to my aunt for his neck surgery, I miss it. My husband doesn't. That is all.
The high jump is my nightly struggle, but it’s the only way that I can get comfortable enough to sleep. Only 4 weeks left for me so in the home stretch.
My mom had a similar pillow, but shorter and more U shaped and she called it "Stillkissen", = "Breastfeeding pillow" and I don't know if she even used it during pregnancy. For her it was mostly used as a big hug around her to lean against when she was breastfeeding in bed or on the sofa. So you might want to tell your sister you'd like to keep it for a little while even after you're no longer pregnant 😉

Instead of the hurdle and high jump, I do the duck and roll. You go under the pillow and let gravity carry you to the bathroom.

The only thing that helps my hips are prenatal yoga videos. There’s a couple on UA-cam that are 16 minutes.
When the hips knees and ankles are all in a line because of the pillow it helps the hips
