The fact that those ladies said "This is not public property, this is state property" in unison just shows the ineptitude about basic civics by our public employees. Also, how can a person who is not a lawmaker promulgate anything? The word literally means to make a law by saying it is so.

It is owned by the public. It will never be private property. Private property is owned by private individuals. Thats why lawyer is a job cause most of poeple (also job like cops) never learn the law . Maybe just basics like Do not steal , kill for free ,etc or you gonna get arrested .
the society also put his own rules .
Exemple : shaun went to a bank and everybody get mad about it . Also talking s... saying why he was filming and they didnt wanna get filmed ,and it was also forbidden and yet few of them started to record him back with their phone. - what in the world you get mad about whats wrong and then starting doing the same thing like you have the right just cause you a bunch of poeple against one since what he was doing wasnt against the law . its kinda hypocri..e.
Most of us are like that . Following rules without really thinking and when someone show us that theres more , we all shocked and dont wanna listen .
You may not like the truth but law is law . Not poeple's law but society m's law

Electricians are another "Brotherhood/Sisterhood" and we hold each other accountable, and that is because we take pride in what we do. If someone (especially a company) doesn't comply with the National Electrical Code/National Fire Protection Association/Local Codes and flagrantly makes those violations, putting people and property at risk...They are absolutely held accountable and black listed in the community. Though we are a different breed, nobody scrutinizes electricians more than another electrician. But its all out of love for the trade.

It's appalling how few governmental employees know what "public property" and "private property" mean. It appears that something like 99% of them seem to think that "restricted area" and "private property" mean the same thing. Which, of course, they absolutely do not.
I love it that every single time they are asked a question that demonstrates the contradiction in their understanding of those terms (eg. "if it's private property, who owns it?") they just evade the question and refuse to answer it. Because, of course, they don't know how to answer it. They just can't understand what "private property" means and can't answer any questions about it.

It’s about Constitutional Rights!! 😊👍 BINGO that officer just said it, the people don’t need to know everything that the government does 😮😮That’s the problem they want to be able to do everything/anything without being held accountable or showing transparency!! 💯🤦‍♀️

How truly ironic it is that this Lieutenant believes that we should be able to carry a firearm everywhere we go, yet if we carry a camera we are somehow a major security threat. Don’t get it, never will.

I couldn’t agree more. It seems people can believe in two ideas that are diametrically opposed to each other without the slightest bit cognitive dissonance. This lieutenant is arguing for being able to carry guns everywhere and the lack of accountability in law enforcement but when a camera is present he reacts like there is a threat when there are cameras everywhere on that installation.

I'm in favor of companies saying g not on their property. For instance Wal mart policy to not allow guns is ok. They could in my mind place much greater restrictions on the public than state organizations
