Ford 4.2 V6 Engine bracket deep bolt hole clean-out

Had a missing AC bracket bolt after a shop replaced the water pump. Found it almost a year later. I got a replacement bolt but had some challenges getting the new bolt installed.
Fortunately, some tricks got the possibly dirty or damaged threads in the engine cylinder head cleaned out and the new bolt went in!
