I looked at house in Comanche Trace, Saddlewood and a nice place near the hospital. Decided on Hunt instead. It’s far but really nice out here.
I love both those neighborhoods but Hunt is absolutely gorgeous!!!!
Hi, my dad has a room for rent. The apartment has all the services. The room is next to the bathroom. Good size. Very good lighting. Air-conditioning. In fact there is a room inside the gated community with 2 washing machines and 2 clothes dryers. They have cost. The apartment well located. Very calm. It's families that live here. It is close to an HEB (walking I do 6 minutes) Walmart, restaurants, downtown Kerrville, Gas Station, etc. With a car it would be closer to everything. There is a lot of security here. Most are retired from the army and take great care of the city. 9 minutes away from Schreiner University
I lived here my whole life and never knew about these Upperclass wealthy places😳
The Wood Ridge Estates neighborhood is quite nice. 😊 Nice size lots, quiet, clean, affordable, no HOA, and no city taxes. 😊

Ryan what are property taxes for commercial real estate? We are about to place an offer on a business for sale on Junction Hwy including real estate. This is very near Car Quest. I'm from out of state so just trying to get as much information I can from this town.

Where are the neighborhoods with homes in the 80k-150k range?🤔
Extremely hard to find now a days but actually they do pop up. I just sold two houses in Ingram around $150k
@@ryanrendon-RealEstatehey must've been over by the dam because there's no way any of the houses near Ingram elementary are over $80k.
I don't know about "avoiding", these are literally the top fancy shmancy local places to live in Kerrville. If avoiding is a reason it would be due to $$$, Riverhills golf club charges an outrageous $3-6k membership joining fee (with additional $300-600 a month). Comanche is similar. Well done sir you had successful clickbait.
Anyways, I'm really keeping an eye on Kerrville to see what happens in 5~10 years. I understand it wants to remain a retirement community, but what will happen when all the baby boomers and their wealth pass away? I'm staying tuned for this.

@@ryanrendon-RealEstate Most long time residence don't want growth. The like the small town genre and that's why they are here. In recent years, I noticed the traffic double... even triple to a point it's almost like living in San Antonio. Also, many newcomers are from California or Chicago, etc. and the bring their failed liberal views and try to change our political demographics... ie: more taxes, more restrictions, etc.

If you are a liberal democrat, yes move to Kerrville now, like immediately. If you are a conservative, you will NOT fit in. Remember don’t accidentally walk on private land, with a gun, you’ll be doing 7 years in a state pen. Pick a wild flower 2 nights in jail. Pick an apple and you ass is theirs. People are very well behaved in Kerrville, because the constable enforces all 10,000 bullshit ordinances. One constable told me, if I avoid him I’m breaking the law. So go ahead move to the people’s republic of Kerrville.
