"How are some people so good at receiving". That is quite the question. I bet if you did happen to have a really solid partner and both of you genuinely enjoyed doing for the other it would be an entirely different paradigm. Good food for thought. Thanks for getting me thinking and feeling more than I have in longer than I'd like to own up to, and Happy New Year to you.
2:35 "It's painful to be sober" Id rather be sober than have hangover, hangovers are pain I don't need. I already have more than enough issues with my autism and other lovely DLC's that I didn't ask for. Being sober for me is being aware, alcohol removes that awareness and thus it's not something I want to touch. 2:56 "It's not gonna give you what you want" That's is true, thanks to our internal beliefs that we often create growing up, true happiness and contentment cannot come from external factors, those can at best help. 6:06 "No one ever gave you what you needed" It irks me how painfully it relates to my life, was a massive people pleaser when I was younger cause I was desperate for a "functioning family". I really needed some normalcy in my life, ruined some friendships because of that, while I regret it I couldn't really do much about it. One of the reasons I chose to permanently distance myself from my mother, she has yet to this day even recognize how neglectful she was. 11:01 "take care and have a great new year" I wish you the same, hope that you have a great new year as well.
@@SvengelskaBlondie I agree, I haven't had a drink in two years just lost its appeal. Didn't used to get hangovers much before personally but was a light drinker usually. I feel for you, you were just doing the best you could in that environment. Happy new year 🎉 🤗
The thing I have observed in my life is that self worth is already my feature from the very beginning when I used to be nothing for others. But the thing I'm not able to recall is that at which moment did the virus of pleasing others got inside me and I was out of my original state. i can just feel that old self after listening to u
@Thinkk-s6i it is a virus. Nothing is ever in balance if we ever consider putting someone else above us. Society makes us believe this is selfish, but its not. It's the necessary order.
@SwayamShetty-bp5gy very true! I just stumbled on Saja recently, his content and way of communicating is going to really help a lot of people stuck in webs of thoughts and confusion.
I have been trying to find true myself and may will may will not. if I will not able to find it then should create new one. in physics there is a law which is" first law of thermodynamics"" it may give us how should we act in our life, in our relationship and in bussines or whatever we do .Sorry if there is a grammer mistake.

@emreakgül-p5t it feels that way. ❤️ Nothing wrong with intentionally building a new self either - we need a self to function here.
