This is brilliant! I wonder if, from a minimalist point of view, this could be my go-to lower body workout from now on. What do you think? Would I be missing out on something by doing this and only this as my hip/hinge & squat exercises?

gave this a try but i swapped dead swings for normal suitcase swings cause i didn't want to accidently beat up the floor if i stopped weird got 10 summersault squats in and had to sit down, did 3-4 rounds of that and i felt done, with a pair of 16kg bells, is this something that's ok to do every work out or should this be kept for a once a week thing??
Maybe I missed it, but why would this be better than doing the same exercises with just one, let's say 40 kg kettlebell instead of two twenties? Is it because of the wider stance with the two kettlebells?

Im a short guy. 5ft5" i will struggle doing somersault squats with 2 bells never mind the workout 🙈🙈😂😂

Day #16 into 50 swings daily. Going to give this a go tomorrow too with 20kg bells. A bit scared!

I take the Somersault Squat will kill your quads while the Dead Stop Swings will focus more on the hamstrings. So essentially a leg sandwich.
And the quads get double meat. Plus pickles.
Tried it with one 20 kg Bell. Bad but fun one.
