    Brand new to dad life, just got a kettlebell to be able to keep some versatile weight training while home with baby. Your video is concise and showing exercises I wouldnt have been thought of on my own, thanks!

    Easily, the most comprehensive Kettlebell workouts in one-place, as a series to structure workouts for runners like me. I bought a pair of adjustable kettlebells, but never found anything online to structure my workouts and struggle. This is perfect for....Thank you very much!

    Used every 60 minutes for this workout. Finished in 57:13. Just a lot was on my mind needed the intensity today.

      Great job. If you're increasing the weight and pushing harder over time, that's what matters most, not necessarily the time to complete.

      Awesome job! Not always about a race to finish, sometimes slowing down and focusing on each movement can help improve quality

I've had the head of US Army ortho completely rebuild my right knee (stem-cell, donovo) and I have to get clever to maintain mobility and agility. Your production teams are very motivational. Great job. I just need to fix my diet lol

    Do I do all these 5 part workout just 5 days a week? I always thought it was good to train body parts twice a week. But I’m assuming the intensity on this workout is harder on the muscles? Correct me if I’m wrong please

    • @BlueStarNutraceuticals
      @BlueStarNutraceuticals  Рік тому

      Hey! 👋 Yes, you can perform the 5 part series throughout the course of a week. The most important part of this, is to make sure your nutrition, hydration, and rest meet the demands of your training (for recovery) and overall goals. 💪

    Question: do we do the same workout all week before moving onto the next video? Or perform a different video every day?

    • @BlueStarNutraceuticals
      @BlueStarNutraceuticals  3 роки тому +1

      Different video every day. It's a 5 part series, and you should perform 1 of the 5 workouts each day of the week in sequential order, and then repeat the entire workout routine the following week.

    In the last exercise, the offset squat, your cue was to take the feet shoulder-width apart. However you have your feet much wider than that?

    • @BlueStarNutraceuticals
      @BlueStarNutraceuticals  3 роки тому

      The heels are at, or just outside shoulder-width. Shoulder width is a good general starting point and you can adjust slightly based on what's most comfortable for you. You've got work with your anatomy and bone lengths too 😉👌

    Is this effective for girls too? I’m trying to build my legs I have wide hips and skinny legs they don’t match I look like a mismatched Kim K except mine is real😂also I only have one kettlebell at the moment how can I modify the second workout?

    • @BlueStarNutraceuticals
      @BlueStarNutraceuticals  3 роки тому +1

      Yes, these workouts will work for both men and women. If you only have one kettlebell, you may simply do additional goblet squats in place of exercise #2, or you can perform offset front squats with the weight up at one shoulder, alternating sides halfway through the set. Hope that helps out!

      @@BlueStarNutraceuticals Okay thank you do you have any video for women to grow their legs preferably for thighs and calves I’ve only every seen youtubers do video to grow their glutes/or butt and say not thighs but what about us skinny leg girls

  • @Slayblan
    @Slayblan 4 роки тому +2

    For the kettlebell offset squat, after you do 10-12 reps with the kettlebell on one shoulder, do you immediately switch shoulders with the kettlebell and do another 10-12 reps to complete one set?

  • @Al.gl.i.tch111

    Do any of these exercises work the calves?

    • @BlueStarNutraceuticals
      @BlueStarNutraceuticals  3 роки тому

      Nothing that specifically isolates the calves, but your calves are involved as stabilizers in all these movements. If you want to directly isolate the calves, throw some calf raises in.

    Why you keep putting your hands in a diamond position when talking ?

    • @BlueStarNutraceuticals
      @BlueStarNutraceuticals  3 роки тому

      Just a natural place for hands to rest when speaking to someone, or presenting, look at anyone giving a presentation without a podium or something in front of them, and you'll see something similar quite often.

    • @vincec727
