    listen to mike,he know his stuff!the machine is gold,put it this way.if guys are in jail curling with water bags,doing pushups,what do u think this machine will do?its great to use with everything especially plates,bands,i love it

    man people dont relize this is a cable machine.cables build muscle.i add plates ,bands,or incline for more resistance.if yr a bodybuilder slow down squeeze the muscle!crazy pumps

    Hey, nice video, good antagonistic exercise combos. Just regarding the second circuit you did, total gym has a pair of press up bars that you could purchase so you could have them attached at the bottom while the wing attachment stays at the top or vice versa ( they're pretty much interchangeable) for the pull ups. Seamless transition between the two moves

    Hi question i cant weight lift anymore after having a subarachnoid hemorrhage ( bursted brain aneurysm) the pressure hurts so im looking for something to get myself back to the point i was before the injury, i guess does it give you a good result

      Definitely talk to your doctor about using it, but I personally love it and think it gives great results.

    Do you ever have muscle pain and especially your chest when you train your chest muscles with the Total Gym. I also sometimes train my chest muscles with the Total Gym and feel gwwn muscle pain in the chest but when I train my chest with ee. weight bench with dumbells doing chest exercises then I get muscle pain in the chest. You have a nice figure, is that really only from the Total Gym?

      Some people can get what's called sternoclavicular joint pain from things like chest presses, which I have had in the past. But I can't say I get any discomfort using the Total Gym. Prior to 2020 I rarely used my total gym (or Weider Ultimate Body Works). Around March 2020 I started shifting a lot of my training to using this machine as I fully started working out from home around the end of summer. Thank you for watching and for the compliments.
