    Amazing how many exercises you can do on this. At 61 this has made a huge difference in my life.

      I trained for several years with common multigyms. Affordable and expensive ones. And no matter if affordable or expensive, I looked good for years! Because I was disciplined. Trained every other day and ate right. Same with the Total Gym. You hear so many people make fun of the Total Gym. That it's a rip off etc. But it's definitely not. My best buddy is a studied sports physician and I asked him if I should get one. He said he personally prefers to train with free weights but that the Total Gym concept is very good, if you like that kind of training. So I bought one. I'm only 40 years old, I am somewhat experienced in weight training and I absolutely love the Total Gym. I'm stoked. It feels good to train on it. It's not an old peoples gym. It is legit and for everybody that wants to get in shape. You just have to eat right and to train regularly. Chuck was right.

    Just got my total gym last month and have used free weights for many years. I love the total gym because I am a retired US Army Paratrooper and it is easier on my joints and is so versatile. Thanks to my man Chuck Norris. You have been a hero in my life since I first saw the first "Missing in Action". I did not know back then that it was dedicated to your brother who was killed in Vietnam but that is just way cool.

      Now that is an endorsement! I'm far from a Paratrooper but also use to work out with weights. Ordered a Total Gym a couple of days ago and can't wait to get it. My parents had one back in the day when the first came out and I used it then. Chuck Norris is def da man. His fight with Bruce Lee in Way of the Dragon is legendary.

    I've worked out all my life and at 60 years old there's no doubt in my mind that the total gym is the best piece of workout equipment I've ever used.

      Same here. I bought a used one for 30 Dollars and I absolutely love it although I was used to work with iron weights and bars.

    I really like my Total Gym as well, but having some difficulties working on it with my knees - getting used to the on and off procedures... and watching you and how you are handling the machine, it gives me more of a way to get on and off better keeping things steady. I know that you only would show a few reps of each exercise for demonstration purpose, but I wondered if you would ever consider doing a video where by someone like me might workout with you step by step with each exercise. I really like the fact that you patiently explain what to do and then do it. In other words, would you consider doing a couple of workout videos or do you have them already ? -

    The reason the cable cuts into your shoulder is because the angle of the resistance does not match the angle of your arms. When you get to the top of the press, the cable is below your forearm unnaturally pulling on the hands in a downward angle. Excellent way to mess up your shoulders. And the angle and ROM on the flys lol.

    I love that crossfitter is using this machine. Respect.... but there were back exercises included for some reason.

    The title of the video said, "Grow Your Pecs", yet it is showing a bunch of back exercises..... It's important to be balanced but the video did not focus on that. :(

    no wonder, people don't gain muscle. u want people to do one set of 15 reps of each body part? no! it least 5 sets per body part/exercise or min. 3 sets per body part/exercise . i won't train their way ill do 5 sets bench chest, 5 sets flys, ect... then u will grow but not with one or two sets. no way! i'm happy i bought my machine and can't wait to get it, all these home gyms are selling out even the interchangeable dumbells are sold out, like toilet paper, lol

    So I came here to get a chest workout. Tomorrow is back day. This video totally missed the point. I want my whole body to be lean and strong. You wasted my time. Do a video series that goes though a full 5 day workout program. Not for these weak people who wanna do the bare minimum just to have some abs on the beach. Geez.
