yeah, Only three days of working out so far after being quite honestly completely sedentary for a very long time. I have finally gotten tired of having a sore back all the time for no damn reason. well.. other than being lazy. I will keep you posted thanks.
How are feeling about Total Gym vs Weider Body Work today? I don't work out now. I'm 60, 5'10", 185lb. I want to start exercising. I'm trying to decide between Total Gym Extreme sold at Costco for $330 and Weider Ultimate Body Works from Amazon for $185.
I'd go with the Weider hands down based on what you're telling me. It's cheaper and even compared to my Total Gym Fit, it still outshines it in some areas.
I am 65 and started using the Weider Ultimate Body Works about 5 years ago. Still my go-to form of resistance training after 5 years. Doesn't take up too much space and a pleasure to use. Much easier on your joints than free weights and other forms of resistance training. Very sturdy. Great tips from this channel on how to maximize your use out of it. Combine it with a regular low impact walking regime and you've got all you need to stay fit.
Great tips!
ugh. this one is gunna kick my ass. probably because it’s the area I need to work the most. Thank you? 😁
Thanks for the comments. Let me know how it goes
