David, this was exactly what I needed today. After work, I did not have much fuel left in the tank, so this 36 minute full body workout was perfect. I even did your 10 minute stretch afterwards. Thanks for all you do for us!
Just started this yesterday after i had done ur beginners routine for 4 weeks. This one kicked my butt, a lot more leg routines. I did work a few from the beginners into this routine. Thanks for putting these up on here.

Hi David, Really like this workout. I'm glad you added the leg work in this too as Chuck rarely does much ( at least what i have noticed ). Lunges have always been hard because of my balance but i took your advice and focused on one area while doing the lunges and it worked. I'm flagging this as one i will want to do again and again.

Thank you, loved it for a change. Usually follow Rosalie Brown but it is the same moves a lot of the time and it is nice to have a change.
