    This Judge is excellent! Extremely professional, concise, and conducts his courtroom with authority in a calm but firm stance. He's the perfect Judge for Sarah. He's not letting her manipulate him in any way. Wish I could be there in person to watch him work.

      She won’t even acknowledge that, though, and claims the judge is the one who made that decision for her because she refuses to take any accountability for her own attitude & actions-all of which she was warned numerous times about that if she continued on acting in the way she was then her having to be pro se was a very real possibility. This is why the judge has been so patient with her & given her so many chances already with the list of lawyers she’s gone through-because he knows full well what a nightmare she’s going to be representing herself in court. Nothing makes this woman happy, she’s impossible to please, takes no accountability for her own actions whatsoever, and is delusional thinking she’s the victim in this case. I, for one, cannot wait to hear the jury read a “guilty” verdict that is inevitably going to be read at her trial.

      Not all 8. Four of them withdrew because of conflicts but not necessarily with her. For instance, one of them had represented her deceased boyfriend in a criminal case.
      That attorney had to withdraw due to a conflict. Three others had similar circumstances. However, she definitely made the other four ask to be released.

      the presumption of innocence is the foundation of the justice system. if the judge believes this, it's his ethical duty to recuse.
      i know it seems silly given the evidence, but the judge must come in completely neutral, assuming there may be an explanation for any evidence he's already aware of; so if he said that, he would get booted off this case immediately lmao.
      legally, this absolute clown who drunkenly murdered her fiancé is innocent.

      ​@zubetp No, she's presumed innocent for all of those reasons that you stated... as if the original comment was not joking, and as if we don't already know the concept of impartiality. She is still accused, she pleads not-guilty, but she is not "innocent". She'll either be found guilty or not-guilty of each charge. Until that point, she is accused and things are alleged in the eyes of the law- but that is not the same thing as innocent.

    This is the perfect judge to handle someone like Sarah. He allows her to make her nonsense arguments, and then rather than arguing with her and going down the rabbit hole with her, he does not budge and he shuts her down immediately. Judge Dorow could learn something from this judge.
