    Welcome to our kitchen! Today, we're making a mouthwatering Cheese Omelette that's perfect for breakfast or brunch. This recipe is super simple, yet incredibly delicious. Follow along as we take you through each step to create the ideal fluffy omelette filled with gooey cheese.
    Ingredients:
    4 eggs
    Salt and pepper to taste
    2 tablespoons butter or oil
    Green onion
    1/4 Origano
    2 tomatoes
    1/4 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your favorite cheese)
    Instructions:
    Crack 4 eggs into a bowl and whisk them together until well combined. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper according to your taste.
    Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of butter or oil. Allow it to melt and coat the bottom of the skillet.
    Once the butter is melted and the skillet is hot, pour the beaten eggs into the skillet.
    As the eggs begin to set around the edges, gently lift the edges with a spatula and tilt the skillet to let the uncooked eggs flow to the edges.
    Once the eggs are mostly set but still slightly runny on top, sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over one half of the omelette.
    Using a spatula, carefully fold the other half of the omelette over the cheese to create a half-moon shape.
    Allow the omelette to cook for another minute or until the cheese is melted and the eggs are cooked.
    Slide the omelette onto a plate and serve immediately.
