You can get suede wet. Take a medium brush and get the loose dirt out. Take a towel wet it, use the towel to wet the shoe, take a suede cleaner, use a small amount of solution. Then take a soft brush and gentle get the dirt out. Once again take wet cloth to remove the dirty soap/water repeat again. Let dry.
