- great song, great band. go cat go made some brilliant rock and roll songs. especially this song, written by darren spears. really sad is the way it all had to end.
still, go cat go left some great songs, and i bet they still give goosebumps to many rockers all over the world.

Awesome band, sounds like they have just stepped out of the 50s, had the cd for years in my large Rockabilly collection, still the best cd, not a bad track on it. Kerry Livingston, my pleasure!! This is one of the (if not THE) best Rock 'n Roll album I know. Lot of people I meet feel the same way! Still hear their songs everywhere here on the UK R&R weekenders! (One of them was on the radio last week). These guys made me wanna play & record Rock 'n Roll in the first place! So it's absolutely my pleasure!
Recently bought Go Cat Go CD on ebay which includes this song...Paid £50 for it ,worth every penny ...Best wishes from England...
I'm buddies with Darren's other brother Dennis and his wife Barbara and family. Everyone one of them good people. Darren certainly has an incredible gifted voice and the whole band is so talented. I'm a huge Elvis fan and I can say Darren certainly rivals Elvis with his voice and talent.

I was born in 1957, I thought I’d heard every rock n roll song a thousand times, and new every artist. how have I never stumbled across go cat go, Darren Spears or the tragic story of his passing, forever much too long is now my new favourite song, I first heard it covered by the just as brilliant British band Black cat trio 2 months ago.
Its weird as i play in a Rockabilly band and you can play all the Elvis, Johnny Cash, Carl Perkins etc etc but as soon as i play this song the dance floor is rammed with Jivers so the song speaks for itself..RIP Darren Spears..dont think anyone could impersonate him if they could they'd be massive on the rockin scene!!!!

this is my favourite rock and roll song of all time, it speaks volumes about what rock and roll should be, fun and lively and make your feet tap like crazy. if you don't move to this great song, you're dead !!! what a great voice and fantastic beat. i jive to this on a regular basis at rock and roll gigs. they play it every time. a true classic.

LOVE ALL THE SONGS ON THIS ALBUM (CD) HAD IT STOLEN FROM MY TRUCK WHEN THEY BROKE IN AND I CRIED FOR MONTHS WENT EVERYWHERE TO TRY TO GET IT REPLACED EVEN TRIED AMEBA RECORDS AND NOTHING JUST HOPE WHOEVER BROKE INTO MY TRUCK ENJOYS THE CD AS MUCH AS I DID , AND I PLAYED IT ALL THE TIME R.I.P. I have always loved this song and it used to play well over in the uk clubs . Sorry to hear about his death really sad .
Absolutely brilliant song by a great band with a lead singer who could easily have slotted into the 50's rockabilly scene with ease. First heard this track when it was released at the time and it still sound as fresh and brilliant as it did then.
