Ex 1: apples are red on the outside but a little yellowish for the flesh, so is it counted as red or yellow? Ex 2: is purple sweet potato, purple on its skin; yellow for its flesh, so what colour is it considered as? 2. are there any more suggestions for blue and purple food? can't really think of much, and I didn't like blueberries :( haha thanks for the reply, love ur videos

Try to find the fruits that you like, there are so many types of fruits. You teach yourself to like it too by trying it at least 3 times because the first time is not very accurate with your past experience since you automatically prejudge that you don't like it.
Of course not - they're candy. The whole point is to incorporate a variety of healthy food colors ( fruits, vegetables) into your everyday palette, so that your body is given what is right for it and not what it doesn't need (-> processed/white/etc...)
i hate blueberries? =[ maybe throw some in a protein pancake or smoothie/shake? ok now that i typed that out, i solved the problem lol! ty fpr the challenge
yes! yes! YES! it is actually better to eat frozen fruits and veggies because they have more vitamins and minerals locked in than fresh fruits and veggies :)
I try to eat the rainbow everyday! :D I make yummy smoothies in my vitamix. Carrots, oranges, tomatoes, spinach, lemons, apples, bananas, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, cranberry juice, flaxseed, and coconut yogurt! yummy! :O And, then I mix my chia seeds in it after. =]
I'm guessing Skittles don't count.....

I really like this idea, colourful and healthy way to plan a meal for the week.
I like this challenge too, it's such a great idea! I was actually trying to improve the nutrients I get in my diet and this will be so helpful.
