Things to improve on if you try this again: -The ISS doesn't use traditional toilets because of the microgravity. They use a suction device instead. You can make your own one of these, hope it goes well. -They do have internet on the ISS, they even upload videos to youtube. Next time, allow yourself internet, and also watch some of those youtube videos beforehand to get more of an idea what it is like. -Astronauts are not alone in the ISS, find a friend to do it with you. The difficulty is staying friends with them after spending a long time together without being able to get away. -Astronauts actually eat normal-ish food, don't bother with the freeze-dried stuff next time. -Astronauts need a very regular exercise regime to prevent bone and muscle loss due to microgravity. Bring a weights machine in next time, and use it for two hours a day. -Astronauts don't spend time doing yoga and reading books, they spend time doing experiments. Search "ISS experiments by expedition", you could try ground-based versions of these. As examples, the first three experiments here are near-supercritical fluids, burning things, and analysing the air you breath out. -In space, astronauts swallow their toothpaste so it doesn't end up everywhere because of microgravity. Try that next time too.

Things to improve on if you try this again:
-The ISS doesn't use traditional toilets because of the microgravity. They use a suction device instead. You can make your own one of these, hope it goes well.
-They do have internet on the ISS, they even upload videos to youtube. Next time, allow yourself internet, and also watch some of those youtube videos beforehand to get more of an idea what it is like.
-Astronauts are not alone in the ISS, find a friend to do it with you. The difficulty is staying friends with them after spending a long time together without being able to get away.
-Astronauts actually eat normal-ish food, don't bother with the freeze-dried stuff next time.
-Astronauts need a very regular exercise regime to prevent bone and muscle loss due to microgravity. Bring a weights machine in next time, and use it for two hours a day.
-Astronauts don't spend time doing yoga and reading books, they spend time doing experiments. Search "ISS experiments by expedition", you could try ground-based versions of these. As examples, the first three experiments here are near-supercritical fluids, burning things, and analysing the air you breath out.
-In space, astronauts swallow their toothpaste so it doesn't end up everywhere because of microgravity. Try that next time too.

Actually astronauts never had ice cream until recently plus the ice cream wasn't dry it is just regular ice cram in freezers so your being ripped off

I know I am late but astronauts actually add water to freeze-dried foo like the ice cream or strawberries
they don't do it for the ice cream, it would completely liquify. some types of freeze-dried food is rehydrated to eat but the ice-cream sandwich isn't.
