pyro forrest They Tried to make a combination of pixels and animation in gen 5, but that just disqusted me. Also, if you play pokemon gen 6 in a PC 3DS emulator, you can actually use a "texture pack", making everything pixely, but with the same story.
White or Black Kyurem breaks the laws of "only having six pokémon in the party" concidering that it's a fusion between either Zekrom or Reshiram, depending on which Kyurem it is, so technically you can have seven Pokémon in your team.
Hydreigon's "heads" might not even be actual heads. They could just be pincers with eye patterns that make them look like heads, used to intimidate opponents, just like how Scizor's pincers have eye patterns on them
This is from my memory, so sorry if it is wrong, but they are living because they fight with the main head/do not obey it. Again my memory is bad so sorry😔.
Valyrian Steel Why didn't I notice that before... Makes sense since Trapinch is a pretty dangerous Pokemon with base 100 Attack, while still being the first stage of a 3-stage evolution line. (Even though Trapinch is Gen 3 and Scizor is 2 :P)
I'd say it's like Siamese twins. There are numerous cases in which two twins will be born but share a body, either with their own separate brains or there is one twin who survived with a brother or sister who wasn't born but is connected to them. The latter may be the case with Hydreigon, but the rest you mentioned are likely in some way like the first possibility.
How about a theory about old chateau? I don't remember you adressing the subject and there would surely be enough mystery to make a great video about it.
my theory: kanghastan is in fact two Pokemon. they made pokeballs to allow multi head pokemon, and since it's young is inside a pouch, it's hard for the pokeballs to address if it has two heads or not, so it just excepts.
The Hydra is from the trials of Heracles. Proto, you are thinking of Scilla, a cliff-dwelling many-headed sea snake which cannot be a hydra, as her sister is a whirlpool. She is her own unique creature.
What about 2 different pokemon that have no symbiotic relationship where one pokemon sorta piggybacks the other into the pokeball. Like Slowbro Nd Slowking. And how does Mega Slowbro happen? Does the shellder on it's tail mega evolve? Or does slowbro mega evolve? Or do both mega evolve?
No he didn't. Heracles killed the hydra before the Trojan war even started. Odysseus and some other guys even monologued about how great Heracles' life was, because he was dead by that time. Isn't the greek timeline fascinating?
Mantine and Remoraid have a symbiotic, not parasitic relationship. parasites only take from their host, but don't give anything. But, as you said, remoraid keeps mantine clean and healthy, while he eats from him. remoraid eats algae and other things from mantines body what keeps mantine healthy. so it is a symbiotic, but not parasitic relationship. (or however that is called)
Mantine no longer has a Remoraid attached to itself since Diamond and Pearl, most likely because it would be illogical to have two remoraids (one by itself and one on Mantine's fin) as a result of having a Remoraid in the party and evolving a Mantyke.
But proto why do pokeballs become bigger in the anime when ash pulls them and they shrink puts them in his pocket? And how did bagon for the mutation in his evolution to become a dragon when all he did was wish and dream? 2 separate theories or one big one for you to talk about one episode thanks
13KuriMaster A rule is also 1 pokemon can battle at a time but that didn't stop Team Rocket, or that one guy from the first movie sending out Multiples, lucky for them Doubles and Triples were added.
1:44 no its not a parasite. A parasite is one organism benefiting at the expense of another. In this case, both Remorade and Matine benefit so its a symbiosis
here's a pokemon question, or questions: Why is Lugia a Psychic/Flying type rather than a Water/Flying type? And why is Gyrados a Water/Flying type if it can't learn any flying type moves except Bounce via Move Tutor?
John Smith There's an episode of Pokémon where Brock takes a Diglett out of the ground, and its lower body was rock-like because it is amorphous. Protomario did a theory on this.
Next time could you do a video on why grass, fire, and water types are starter pokemon. I mean their total number of weaknesses don't really match up. Water is weak to 2 types, fire is weak to 3 types, and grass is weak to 5 types. Also could you do a video on why Dragon type pokemon were overpowered before fairy types were introduced ?
cedric fowler Maybe the reason the three starters are always fire, water, and grass because they form a great rock paper scissors combo. However, there are many other types that could fit this model, so that's probably not the only reason. Another reason why it's always fire, water, and grass because it's easier to remember which beats the other (i.e. fire will always burn grass and water will always put out fire, compared to, say, ghost to physic). Or, simply, it could be that fire, water, and grass (or earth) are a famous trio (like the band Earth, Wind, and Fire). Just my opinions.
But Proto, a parasite is only considered a parasite if it damages its host. Though I forgot the term, if an organism cleans another by feeding on organisms on its skin, then that's something else.
New theory: In the episode 137 we clearly hear the music of Mew when Togepi find the pink rubban, this is too much luck, maybe mew helped, so maybe there are more sings of mew in this season ( number 3 )
I don't know if you have ever done this theory or have thought about but here is a theory from the anime that I thought of. How and why do pokeballs shrink?
Remoraid is not a parasite. There are three types of symbiosis: 1. Parasitism, One creature benefits, the other is HARMED. 2.Commensalism: only one species benefits while the other is neither helped nor harmed. 3. Mutualism, where BOTH creatures benefit. Being cleaned is a a benefit. ~Lunara
But Proto, I belive it is mentioned somewhere in the pokemon adventures manga that six is the limit to how many pokemon a single average trainer alone can properly care for, thus it has become an I don't remember what chapter it was.
As for two Pokemon theory I have noticed four kangaskhan, mantine before the redesign, slowbro and slowking. All of them involve two Pokemon surviving off of eachother it might be that a pokeball recognizes them as one Pokemon because they lifeforces are connected.
In pokemon mystery dungeon explorers of time/darkness/sky what happened to the 6th time gear which is supposed to be in a volcano? Please do a video on this proto
remorade isn't a parasite in that relationship, a parasite harms its host (or whatever you want to call the other creature), but the remorade help the mantine by cleaning it. i also don't think that there has ever been a picture of a remorade being caught with the mantine
Hey Proto, any idea, when and if, you're going to do that theory I suggested a while back ago in another video? The one about where does Machamp get his belt from? :3 Actually, those who replied to my comment also added that they were curious as to where pokemon who have clothing in general get them from. Like, where do Sawk and Throh get their robes from? It sounds like a pretty cool theory.
Deino is one of the strangest cases, it starts with one head, then gains a second one, the pokedex heavily implies that Zweilous has two seperate brains. But then it evolves into Hydreigon, the heads on the arms are confirmed to be brainless which means that Deino gained one extra brain and than lost the extra one. Either the two heads fused to create a central mind, or one head deevolved!
Cherubi is another example but due to plants replicating a flower spore which can allow 2 or more of them can grow on a plant. For others they r simply evolution as it were maybe vaniluxe happened on accident making the gene mutation carry on threw the Pokémons dna. This relates to catches due to still having the electromagnetic signs for a pokeball which happened after all these evos in dna happened so having a dugtrio would b classed as one poke due to all being connected
And I'll go ahead and predict that magneton fuse together electromagneticly and synchronise their brain waves to each other upon fusion/evolution from magnamite. Sounds good to me!
But Proto! if we WERE to take the anime into account, we could only say that a trainer has 6 pokemon as ethics, unless we were to talk about having more than 6 pokes in pokeballs. in which case, as of Best Wishes, the ball gets miniatured and locks itself. So maybe each pokeball is linked to the owner? with a database counting how many pokemon are out of the pc? I seriously wouldn't know.
the problem with this theory is that in your previous episode you stated that the pokeballs scan there genetic or digital code so it doesn't matter if they have multiple brains those brains would still have the same digital code
Even though he never covered Exeggcute and Exeggutor, that's a still complicated evolution, because the 3 out of the 6 Exeggcute go on to become Exeggutor. Where do the other 6 Exeggcute go after the evolution is complete???
The hydra causes Hercules issues not Odysseus. Odysseus only faced Scilla which like the hydra except it leaves in the middle of the sea next to the whirlpool monster karibdis in the straights of mycenia and Scilla does not have any venom and if you cut off it’s heads they don’t grow back
Hyrdagion is probably similar to scizor scizors two claws have a similar design thave marks making it look like it has two extra heads. Also it was Heracles/Hercules who fought the hyrda.
The relationship between remoraid and mantine is actually MUTUAL not parasitic, since mantine is not harmed by remoraid. In fact remoraid and mantine are kept in seperate pokeballs since all mantine sent into battle have no remoraid. I think only wild mantine and remoraid can form this relationship, since that is the only place it is seen. The relationship can be formed by force however if mantine (or mantyke if you want to evolve it) and remoraid are in the same party.
maybe the pokeballs see all pokemon as 1 body and not mulitple pokemon, if it is attatched to the pokmon the pokeball thinks of it as part of the pokemon, kinda like how cubone comes out with a skull and a bone.
Proto.. Symbiose and Parasite are 2 different things! You stated that remoraid feeds on the bottom of mantine while he keeps mantine clean. In this case its a Symbiotic relation becase both pokemon are profiting off the relation. Parasites are not like that. One faction gets disadvantages caused by the Parasite which isnt the case at Mantine and Remoraid. The Mantine-Remoraid Symbiose is taken from the real world where there are " cleaning fish " which are fish who dwell in the sea until finding a big creature like a shark or whale and stick to them, getting food while the big creature is being cleaned from dirt
Doublade goes from one to two then back to one again. Why's that? I don't think it's the Cherubi case. The one sword must be like "see ya" and bails or something.
the answer is easy. Dugtrio is actually a large humanoid Pokemon and it pushes it Genitalia through the dirt forming Dugtrio. the eyes are googly eyes and the nose is a growth
Firstly, Remoraid in this case is symbiotic not parasitic. Parasites take and gradually destroy their host, while symbiotes work with their host in a manner that benefits them both. Secondly, Hydreigon creeps me out because it goes from 1 brain as Deino to 2 as a Zweilos. But then Hydreigon only has 1 again... One brain either killed or assimilated the other, both of which are creepy.
A nitpick it was Heracles/Hercules who killed he hydra. Hydreigon also has 'drei' which is German for 3. Also Zweilous has two brains yet when it evolves it only has one....where did the other one go? Or did they fuse into the central head?
There is already a reason why you cant have more than 6 pokemon shown in the manga when the topic comes up "Of course trainers could have 7 or 8 or even 20 or 30 pokemon at a time but with that many pokemon, how could they show love to each and every pokemon they have,we pokemon professors are the only people who have a reason to do such a thing" professor oak in the mange i probably quoted it wrong but this is practically what he said
Me five years ago around soul silver - why is Pokemon pixel still
Me now- why can't they go back to pixels
Make yo freakin mind up
I've always loved the pixels it had a charm to it
I liked the pixels, especially in the case of Chimchar. I liked the animations afterwards, except in bad animations like the case of Chimchar.
pyro forrest They Tried to make a combination of pixels and animation in gen 5, but that just disqusted me. Also, if you play pokemon gen 6 in a PC 3DS emulator, you can actually use a "texture pack", making everything pixely, but with the same story.

One pokemon you didn't mention that is fairly simple to explain is Magneton, Electromagnetism joined the 3 Magnemites to fuse a Magneton.
Is a fusion pokemon. Just like weezing
Polymerization.
except that weezing grown the extra head instead of fusing with another pokemon of the same species
DryBones271 I'll fuse my three blue eyes white dragons into one ultimate dragon!
I fuse my Mammoth Graveyard with my Living Arrow card, and decay your ultimate Dragon!

John Smith There's an episode of Pokémon where Brock takes a Diglett out of the ground, and its lower body was rock-like because it is amorphous. Protomario did a theory on this.

Not sure if it's been brought up, but you forgot Magneton
+ProtoMario can I have the name of the intro song please? I've been looking everywhere for it! XD
But, Proto! You left the three fethers on Dotrio's body!
Since we're on Multi-Headed, maybe can try talking about Pokemon with a tail that are alive - Girafarig & Wobbuffet for example.

Hydra is Hercules.

sorry, i couldent make this pokemon THEORY a theory
In pokemon mystery dungeon explorers of time/darkness/sky what happened to the 6th time gear which is supposed to be in a volcano?
Please do a video on this proto
That's funny, I don't recall Odysseus having a bunch of problems with a hydra. Unless you're inferring that Scylla is a hydra.
remorade isn't a parasite in that relationship, a parasite harms its host (or whatever you want to call the other creature), but the remorade help the mantine by cleaning it. i also don't think that there has ever been a picture of a remorade being caught with the mantine

Proto do a video on how does spoink faint and when at the Pokemon center is alive(pokedex entry spoink dies if it stops jumping)
Hey Proto, any idea, when and if, you're going to do that theory I suggested a while back ago in another video? The one about where does Machamp get his belt from? :3

Deino is one of the strangest cases, it starts with one head, then gains a second one, the pokedex heavily implies that Zweilous has two seperate brains. I have a topic: How do aquatic pokemon survive while used in battle?
Great vid hun the only Pokemon I'm surprised wasn't mentioned however is exeggcute
eh, I think dugtrio is a few digletts joined in a team
I was going to say Dodrio has 3 tailfeathers. Fox ADHD will say they have 3 ...
I feel like the head part comes from hades from Greek mythology having a 3 headed dog
Proto you have me addicted!
DO A THEORY! "What happens when you capture a Dugtrio?"
3:24 THANK YOU!
Meh. I like to think when a Zwelious evolves, their minds fuse into one. And the head hand thingies are their empty heads now.
Dugtrio propably can be caught because it acts like a single creature.
Do a theory on "Is your in game character psychic"
I'd buy a t-shirt if you would do just the regular Protomario with the M instead of the question mark.
Also when shelter is on slowpoke
the problem with this theory is that in your previous episode you stated that the pokeballs scan
there genetic or digital code so it doesn't matter if they have multiple brains those brains would still have the same digital code
There's nothing suggesting that the 3 dugtrio heads don't all share the same body
Even though he never covered Exeggcute and Exeggutor, that's a still complicated evolution, because the 3 out of the 6 Exeggcute go on to become Exeggutor. Where do the other 6 Exeggcute go after the evolution is complete???
Pokemon Theory: Why does Magneton's weight go up so much if it's just 3 Magnemites?
what happens when a pokemon loses their heads?
Like a magneton, (3 magnemite) evolve, they evolve into magnezone, with only 1 head
I think digglet meets another digglet then whne they make a child they evolve and become a dugtrio
* original proto voice * BUT PROTO !!!! What About Magneton ?!?!?
26magicman26 He couldn't cover all those pokemon in one theory, you bugger.

MetaSonic543 And when a trainer catches a mantine, the remoraid just swims away.
MovieMaker1040 ...........or that :/
but proto! what about exeggcute?
The mother Kangaskhan isn't the mom but a puppet used by the real Kangaskhan (the baby)
I think the Hydra was Hercules' problem, not Odysseus'
U forgot magneton, magnazone, metang and binacle and barbaracle
Pokemon theory: "Rock is the strongest type?". I only say this because if you had a pokemon of every type in the game it would only be weak to Rock.
maybe the pokeballs see all pokemon as 1 body and not mulitple pokemon, if it is attatched to the pokmon the pokeball thinks of it as part of the pokemon, kinda like how cubone comes out with a skull and a bone.

how long does it take for you to make these type of Videos??
Do not forget about slowbro and slowking slowpoke needs a shelder to evolve but does it not become one pokemon or is it considered 2?
If 2 of Hydreigons heads are fake, then what about Zweilous?
Shlomo Shekelberg Good question
The two brains are combined into the new head.
ProtoMario a pokèball could have a small area of effect, so it can catch two pokemon if there really close, this explains mantine and kangaskhan

Remoraid isn't a parasite, they're in a mutualistic relationship
Does anyone know what happens to the other head Zwelious has when it evolves to Hydrigon?
But Proto, you didn't mention much on Kangaskhan. :P
What is a darkball from the movie pokemon 4ever and does it really make a pokemon evil?
A hydra isn't a dragon, it's more of a nine-headed snake
There is already a reason why you cant have more than 6 pokemon shown in the manga when the topic comes up
"Of course trainers could have 7 or 8 or even 20 or 30 pokemon at a time but with that many pokemon, how could they show love to each and every pokemon they have,we pokemon professors are the only people who have a reason to do such a thing" professor oak in the mange i probably quoted it wrong but this is practically what he said
Pokemon loop holes confirmed as new show!
