I mix all three together with half a tsp of glycerin plus one tablespoon of coconu oil and four tablespoons of aloe gel for a leavein. I dont always use slipery elm as it is hard to get🦋👍🇦🇺
I prefer using marshmallow root as more of a serum due to it lightweight nature it creates ZERO flakes and works so well on all curly hair types👏🏽🙌🏽 all of your gels came out great!

I've done all three in my curls and it gives the absolute best moisture and definition without weighing it down 👏🏽

I would say 3 days in the fridge max if you want to keep it longer you will have to freeze it ! :)
