I really want to make an okra base gel solution and add carbomer to it as if it was the water then add the pvp solution To an okra base the mix the 2 and add glycerin and a few oils like castor and rosemary/mint and silk protein

I am wanting to start making my own glitter hair gel and came across this process when researching different gel bases. I feel like I have tried a million, but none of them dry down hard to actually lock in the glitter and not stay wet all day and transfer on to everything. Is PVP the secret?
