I really want to make an okra base gel solution and add carbomer to it as if it was the water then add the pvp solution To an okra base the mix the 2 and add glycerin and a few oils like castor and rosemary/mint and silk protein
I really appreciate your videos, but I'm a little confused by this one. Why are you making two solutions and then mixing them? I find it hard to calculate the correct percentages this way. Is there a reason for doing it separately?
