Lost in space encountered a giant Cyclops in I think it was the third episode, also an episode where Dr. Smith became a giant and in another episode the robot became a giant. They were giants compared to small robots resembling their robot in another episode. Don Mattheson appeared in Lost in Space as Super Android IDAK 12 and in another episode as Rethos that had a wife and young son. Jonthan Harris also appeared in Land of the giants episode called Pay the Piper as The Piper.
You forgot to mention the LIS space pod appeared in LOTG episodes A Place Called Earth and Home Sweet Home LOL. Thanks for your post - I love a knowledgeable Irwin Allen fan! Stu
I agree about all your comments. The music was the best in the pilot! One can hear it on the album of Irwin Allen soundtracks. It is reminiscent of Williams' music for Checkmate and Kraft Suspense Theater tv shows.
Giants was ok..bit dull at times and less wacky than lis which at times looked like the episode script had gone into a blender before it was filmed..Night of Thrombeldinbar deff worth a look..esp due to Leith Stevens music..
Thanks for watching. You mentioned Leith Stevens once before in one of my videos (for LIS). It stood out because almost nobody else in the world mentions Leith Stevens. I love the guy and ALL of his music. Thanks again.
Thanks for watching. The video was not an attack on Kurt (if that is what you were suggesting). It was an attack on the writer of the second episode of Land of the Giants (The Weird World). Kurt was outstanding in the Matt Helm flick The Ambushers (1967). Thanks again.

Thanks for watching. Yes indeed, I saw the UA-cam clip of the Kraft Suspense show. But I saw it about 40 years after first watching LOTG.....

@@StuartRaweakaStuOz aye yes indeed... he was an amazing composer..listen to the 1953 war of the worlds folm as a starter
Kurt Kasnar is a far better actor than Jonathan Harris.

Lose the background weirdo music. It's to distracting.
