Why should it get a pc port? That still excludes xbox players. So either spend 300 dollars for a ps4 or people have to spend $2k on a PC, that doesn’t solve the exclusivity problem. Fuck Sony. Developers should take notes and remember that if Sony publishes your game then you will never truly own that game

I really wish it could be my comfort game/master piece. But after the second run i just keep noticing new flaws in the game that make wonder why the developer went with this choice or oh thats just cut content etc. I used to really love it for the pvp too
Ludwig still has the best OST out of all of the FromSoft games. The only ones that have come close so far were Midir's and Gael's OST.

If by chance bloodborne comes out on pc im giving it the full dedicated completion treatment i did for elden ring ( atleast the first playthrough i dont feel anything if im trying to do something like NG+ )

My favorite parts about bloodborne are the trick weapons and combat. It really sets the fake apart from other souls games.

I'm not a fan of bloodborne, but it's a very cool game, with a great atmosphere and combat, as well as lore crazy. I just wish more people could play bloodborne on PC as well as Sekiro with Dark Souls, which I also think are incredible games.
agreed, i tried to love bb, but it felt like an utter downgrade in comparison to elden ring in everything but music.

There is a huge issue people don't seem to get. Bloodborne's mechanics are linked to the FPS. Even on a custom PS4 with the 60 FPS mod (which works great), it shows some issues. I suppose Fromsoft knows this and decides against it. A remaster is not possible, but perhaps a remake in the future will make it's mark.
I REALLY wish for a remake from bluepoint, they did a great job with demons souls on the ps5, imagine this masterpiece with graphics and sound design like this, it would make me so happy.
@@thex6992 I understand your sentiment, but the unneccessary changes they made to the artstyle for some enemies and the music made me not want to trust them if they decide to remake it. This is one of the games that only needs some good elbow grease to be appreciated again.

Sekiro is the best FromSoft game imo- Sekiro got the best combat all time and best boss fights. But Bloodborne is very close to Sekiro. The atmosphere is crazy in BB.
I agree. There is nothing better to feel the flow of this waltz, consisting of sparks and the ringing of swords to the music. I think I liked BB and DS1/3 more than Elden Ring. They represent a more concentrated experience representing an obstacle.

I would literally never play another game if Bloodborne got a remaster, from soft has this uncanny ability to make me platinum a game, meaning I've done it all as far as the game is concerned, and I still WANT MORE of their games, but Bloodborne has the most special place in my heart
My favorite souls game before I played Bloodborne was Demon's Souls. Before Bloodborne I had played Demon's Souls and all three Dark Souls games. Demon's souls was my first and along with that bias it has a very unique atmosphere and aesthetic that goes unmatched to me. However Bloodborne is the only one that competed with its atmosphere and Exceled in its gameplay.
Personally sekiro is my fav game of all time. The gameplay loop is so incredibly addictive. Bloodborne is not much a game for me. It is in between the slowness of the ds games and the speed of sekiro. Which isn’t really for me
Please dont let bluepoint touch boodborne.
I don't get why so many people are excited for Bluepoint making this remake... they would kill the vibe of the original like they did with Demon's Souls.
As someone whose first souls game was Elden Ring, and then tried sekiro and dark souls 3, I must say that I've been practically itching to play bloodborne but i only own a pc, definitely working on getting a ps5.

I am in the same situation as you, but it didn't stop me - year ago I borrowed PS5 from a friend for 2 weeks and played BB in its enitrety. And recently I went to a local gaming spot where you can pay for a PS per hour and I finished one "every Boss" run for a total price of ~40euro. Great deal, if you ask me. ^^
unfortunately I've only had the chance to play elden ring. I have wanted to try the other entries for years.

Bloodborne was the first souls game I ever tried. I got it at launch and it had horrible load times then. I didn’t understand how souls games worked and I kept dying and having to start over. I didn’t understand how these games saved. I didn’t understand checkpoints. So I gave up. So I tried again with Sekiro and I was hooked. When I played Eldon ring, I felt like it was the greatest game I ever played. It has the best exploration I’ve ever tried and it’s a soul game at the end of the day. After that, I went back and played every game they ever made and DLC. I thought DS3 was better than Bloodborne but the more I thought about it I wasn’t sure. So I went back and played it again. And I was wrong. I feel like it has better gameplay than any of the dark souls games. It has better lore and world too. If you’re new to these games, I would give you three games that you must play Blood-borne, Elden Ring, and Sekiro. Those are the three different plays styles.

I don’t have a pc so if bloodborne gets a pc port but no patch or remaster on consoles then I will probably get depressed

8:12 because it was the safe bet. They wanted a new title to go open world. So they used their most well-known game Dark Souls to drive the ship. It screams DS4. But they couldn’t call it that. But the gameplay is tried and true so they used it.

frankly im the opposite, after playing ER, playing bb for the first time just felt like a downgrade in comparison.
i have played DS 1, DS 3 and Bloodborne but sadly never got to finish any of them as they were on a friends playstation 4. Elden Ring is the first from soft game i have played to completion, so i really cant say what is my favorite, however i did have a lot of fun in all of them
It doesn't even need a remaster or remake. It just needs a dang PC port and a 1440p 60 FPS patch for PS5. And after that I want a sequel.
Elden ring is masterpiece but bloodborne have really special place for me , this game is fun ,this game is cool its theme is perfect,music there is absolute ,story behind is perfect...yea i hear About problem with 30 fps which really does not matter to me but it can be a awesome change have 60 fps. They SHOULD remaster this game it will be free money for all of them .
I want to try bloodborne but im on ps5 i platinumed Elden Ring it was my 1st souls game then i got into demons souls completed that game blood borne would be next if bluepoint remakes it like they did demons souls into a beautiful graphical masterpiece with 4k 60 fps imagine i can still see the beauty of blood borne even without the 4k but it would be a nice touch
Imagine if the sole reason we don't have bloodborne pc is because fromsoft can't double the framerate without doubling the damage or using an updated version of the engine.

Bloodborne. It's the 1st one that gripped me to beat it without playing another game while on the 1st playthrough. It's the only one that I've done challenge runs. It's the only one I'll play annually whether or not I beat it or not. It's the only one I never exploit, except for 2 times with Ebrietas.
They should just do an update like elden ring had for pc and ps5. Add Ray tracing and a 60fps mode and bam basically a whole new game

All I can think of is Sony has a contract (or some kind of agreement) that is stopping From Software from remastering or releasing the game in PC.

Honestly, I still love Elden Ring just a tiny bit more than Bloodborne regardless. The fantastical setting, magic, story (what you can gather of it at least), etc. I just cant get enough of it.

I was always on the side of armored core project p being their best game, but even with 6 now being out bloodborne is still the highest ranking in these games. It was a beautiful luke, it really makes me hope it doesnt get remade as i dont wish to see it tarnished. Just make a bloodborme 2.

My favorite was elden ring after beating demon souls remake however after beating two souls games I craved for more and remembered bloodborne. At the time I couldn’t play bloodborne. I beat it and it quickly dethroned elden ring. I love this game soo damn much

It might be because I never played the original. but I honestly don't see why Dark Souls Remastered was met with so much criticism. I understand not much was changed, but at least you don't have to suffer through an unplayable Blighttown anymore. I do agree about Bloodborne though, I just desperately want a PC port for it and want to see it thrive within the PC community

Why does Fromsoft have so many bizarre complaints about their decisions? Look at Dark Souls 3 being locked to 900p for every Xbox One/X and Series S/X console. That's an easy fix for them to patch for the more powerful console versions but they won't. I've often wondered if some of their decisions are made to gimp Microsoft product users. Like behind closed doors somewhere in Japan they decided to make the Sony versions the best versions. Look at Elden Ring. The PS4 pro runs better than the XB1X? Really? No reason that should happen.

I still think bloodborne, ds3, Sekiro, and elden ring are all tied for the greatest game of all time. It changes depending on the day.
Personally I rate bloodborne behind sekiro and ds3. Sekiro by far has the best combat system. Dark souls 3 I think has a better setting.
I have to disagree this time, Elden Ring and bloodborne are both amazing games equally, dont forget that elde ring is not done yet, none is better than the other (except ds2. fucking sucks but still a good game).
do bb fanboys have an inferiority complex towards elden ring or something XD? cant count the amount of times ive heard bb fanboys mention ER when talking about bb. you guys wouldve gotten a sequel if this game actually sold well, but it sold like shite long term, but now sony should open their eyes and bank on ERs hype with a bb remaster. i tried to love bb as much as ER but frankly the fanbase laughably hyped it up to high heaven, it felt like a downgrade next to ER in everything but music and maybe weapons, while bb has slightly better functional weapons ER has far better customizability, variety and combat options than bb, not to mention the art design and complexity in ER is substantially better and just denser overall, cant count the amount of times i marveled looking up close on the weapon, armor and shield designs alone, even in that regard bb just got edgy coats and guns lol.

I don't think Sony is holding this captive, not on purpose it least . They know they would make money if they just made it look a little better with a remaster and have 60 or more fps , same goes for the consoles but some modder was able to unlock BB at 60 fps on the ps4 and while it looked smoother and looked better it didn't exactly perform better or as is intended . It seems that the game was never meant to go over 30 fps or it starts having problems , the biggest problem was that the player's side step was faster which gave you less Iframes than what you would normally have and obviously that is a big issue that they might not have an answer for easily . It is possible they would have to make the game from the ground up for the performance increase and they might not think it's worth the hassle .

@@clementa918 There were some minor complaints about texture and art style changes, but people are generally overreacting. Sure, the texture of a random enemy face is slightly different, big deal. Imo Bluepoint did an amazing job on the remaster.

I tried Dark Souls 1 on my PS3. Couldn't do it.
Bloodborne kicked my ass, but the allure kept whispering to me. A soft sinister bell in the back of my mind. Decided to sit down and embrace the experience in 2019, took a break, and then sunk myself into during the Pandemic.
Tried Sekiro, couldn't figure out the combat. Dark Souls 3: cool story bro, but again every thing moved too slow compared to Bloodborne.
For some reason Elden Ring has captured me. Not in the same fashion as Bloodborne, but the combat is quicker than DS3.

?? What are you talking about? The game's been out for almost 10 years, it's had its time as an exclusive. You're a loser for getting the ps5 straight away when it came out and now are trying to compensate

It's a PS exclusive and it will not make a lot of money.
blue points remake looks good and plays well but the bosses and npcs lose a lot of their individual identity to look more of a generic dark fantasy than actual demon souls characters.
